I don't even know where to start. I would avoid this place personally, the way it currently is…read more Let me start off by saying, I know this area was hit by a hurricane in the last year and they are in the process of remodeling, currently. But to me they they seem like they are just painting over the real issues here. I walk in and was immediately hit by a strong musty smell. Don't know if it was the carpets or not. If i didnt prepay for my room, i would have went somewhere else. I assume it was from water damage. No one at the front desk at 3pm. Seems to be the norm at hotels these days. Just a big button on the counter to buzz somebody. Someone eventually showed up and took forever to check me in, clicking like 1000 things on the computer. Not sure if they were playing solitare or what. Room seems like a mismatch of decors. Had a floor lamp that was leaning to the right. The fire sprinkler on the ceiling had tape around it. The shower had a water handle that turned completely in a circle. Someone didnt install that right. Couldn't tell what water temp you at or when it was fully off. You can hear almost everything that goes on in the hotel. The bright lights facing the building don't help you sleep at night. And, they have no breakfast. Turned that area into some makeshift tool workshop in the lobby. I really don't have any good points for this facility.

I have never,in my 64 years on this earth, had that happen to me. I just needed some sleep. I'm sure housekeeping wants to get done but it's not like this is a huge hotel, it's a whopping 3 stories. If you don't need to sleep late it's an okay hotel and checks all the boxes.

Absolutely horrible hotel…read more I traveled for 9 days and this hotel was the most expensive and the lowest quality. It was dingy and smelled like a musty cigarette. I was not even offered a non-smoking room. The rooms come with a full size bed or you can upgrade to a queen for an extra charge. The carpet was worn out and the overhead lights looked extremely cheap. Also the air conditioning sounded like a helicopter. Furniture is outdated and old. This place was absolutely awful and felt like a huge waste of $65 to stay there. Also the photos on the website do not at all reflect the actual room.

Great Service, not so great room! When we got here there was a young man unhappy with his suite…read more There apparently was "an incident" in that room! (OMG, I didn't find out what, but the fella said it would take days just to clean it). Still, I was tired and didn't want to drive anymore, so we booked a room. The young lady that worked the desk is amazing! Not only did she handle "the incident" with class and decorum, she also fixed our (not working) phone in the room, gave us a few extra coffee packs (yeah) replaced the (missing) remote from our room and reprogrammed the TV for us! We think she deserves a raise! The room, ugh! along with the above, we also had a huge (half done) patch on the wall, a cock roach on the table, and a dirty tub, bathroom door that doesn't work and mysterious cold air that blows into the bathroom and a smoke alarm, hanging by a thread, that beeps all night! The pool though looked clean and ready for use (important if you have kids) but it was to cold for our stay. Also there is a rather strange shape to the rooms with dark corridors and rooms on the inside near pool and outside near the street. They apparently rent a whole slab of the outside rooms for "office space" ? Lol

The Internet works every other 10 minutes so if you are trying to get work done, that's an impossibility since it shuts off every once in a while. They jacked up the price on me since they saw my girlfriend visiting, I am visiting her from out of state by the way. The pavements are not pavements but dirt and gravel. The sheets are deplorable and saturated with a weird aroma. Stay away because these people will not make you satisfied. If you are here, I wish you luck my friend. The tall skinny fella and the short chubby lady at the front desk are not very nice and started acting like infants when addressing the wifi complaints stating it was not their fault the Internet is down and blaming responsibilities onto the cable provider. The Tv and beddings can be from an 80s Bates Motel spinoff. Just a wretched and unimaginable living standard. You have been warned.
