We would not have eaten if she wasn't serving. They had a baseball team there , so it was alot of kids. We had gravy/biscuit, orange juice and coffee. We weren't a fan of the eggs or turkey sausage. We had the same thing each morning. Room: Definitely needed some tender love and care. There was hair on the tub, bathroom nor room was that clean. I didn't have a way of transportation for the first 2 days so two staff members made me a copy of the bus transit schedule and gave me information of some attractions around the area. Bruce and Luis were there names. Also, one of the housekeeping ladies by the name of Yara was so sweet and always made sure our room was tidy and always made sure we had enough Towels and that our room was clean. I understand that there are no guarantees for rooms to be ready but the parking lot was empty so I was surprised when I was told my room was not ready. While waiting in the lobby, I saw groups of hotel housekeeping staff loitering at the front desk and heading outside for a smoke. I've never seen that in a hotel lobby before. After 30 minutes and after seeing a few people check in and get rooms, I asked again about my room and was told it still wasn't ready so I asked if I could have a different room and got one. Why wasn't I offered that in the first place? Breakfast was awful and they should consider not offering it if it's going to be that bad. As bad as the food was, the worst part was that the housekeeping staff came through and got breakfast for themselves while guests were also trying to eat. They were loud and inappropriate. I travel quite a bit for work and have never seen anything like this before. I was very disappointed.

The shower had a water handle that turned completely in a circle. Someone didnt install that right. Couldn't tell what water temp you at or when it was fully off. You can hear almost everything that goes on in the hotel. The bright lights facing the building don't help you sleep at night. And, they have no breakfast. Turned that area into some makeshift tool workshop in the lobby. I really don't have any good points for this facility.
