Front Desk- 5 Stars Breakfast- 5 Stars…read more Room-3 Stars We did not encounter any problems. We reserved our room online directly thru IHG.com. We checked in around 5'ish or later on July 2nd. The Front desk were nice, we received the room we requested. Breakfast: They had a lady serving breakfast. We were super happy with this especially with Covid and no one wearing mask. We would not have eaten if she wasn't serving. They had a baseball team there , so it was alot of kids. We had gravy/biscuit, orange juice and coffee. We weren't a fan of the eggs or turkey sausage. We had the same thing each morning. Room: Definitely needed some tender love and care. There was hair on the tub, bathroom nor room was that clean. I bought my cleaning supplies but I do not like cleaning up other peoples hair. If it wasn't for the uncleanness of the room, I would have given them 5 Stars for Customer Service Alone. We would return if ever back in the area.

The hotel facilities were up to standard but the services were not. When I checked in online a day…read moreearly I selected a room and indicated that I would check in at 3pm. I understand that there are no guarantees for rooms to be ready but the parking lot was empty so I was surprised when I was told my room was not ready. While waiting in the lobby, I saw groups of hotel housekeeping staff loitering at the front desk and heading outside for a smoke. I've never seen that in a hotel lobby before. After 30 minutes and after seeing a few people check in and get rooms, I asked again about my room and was told it still wasn't ready so I asked if I could have a different room and got one. Why wasn't I offered that in the first place? Breakfast was awful and they should consider not offering it if it's going to be that bad. As bad as the food was, the worst part was that the housekeeping staff came through and got breakfast for themselves while guests were also trying to eat. They were loud and inappropriate. I travel quite a bit for work and have never seen anything like this before. I was very disappointed.

I don't even know where to start. I would avoid this place personally, the way it currently is…read more Let me start off by saying, I know this area was hit by a hurricane in the last year and they are in the process of remodeling, currently. But to me they they seem like they are just painting over the real issues here. I walk in and was immediately hit by a strong musty smell. Don't know if it was the carpets or not. If i didnt prepay for my room, i would have went somewhere else. I assume it was from water damage. No one at the front desk at 3pm. Seems to be the norm at hotels these days. Just a big button on the counter to buzz somebody. Someone eventually showed up and took forever to check me in, clicking like 1000 things on the computer. Not sure if they were playing solitare or what. Room seems like a mismatch of decors. Had a floor lamp that was leaning to the right. The fire sprinkler on the ceiling had tape around it. The shower had a water handle that turned completely in a circle. Someone didnt install that right. Couldn't tell what water temp you at or when it was fully off. You can hear almost everything that goes on in the hotel. The bright lights facing the building don't help you sleep at night. And, they have no breakfast. Turned that area into some makeshift tool workshop in the lobby. I really don't have any good points for this facility.
