She was delightful, got us everywhere safely and on schedule, and took our loud '90s music, dancing, and general bachelorette chaos completely in stride. She deserves five stars--and possibly hazard pay. Unfortunately, the bus itself was tragic. There was no working A/C despite a 95-degree heat index, so our party bus quickly became a sauna shuttle. Nothing says "bachelorette celebration" quite like sweating through your outfit before you reach the first bar. Beyond that, the bus was completely bare-bones, with none of the amenities or upgrades you would expect at this price point. Paying more than $800 for a hot, stripped-down bus was absolutely insane. The cost wasn't merely out of line with what was delivered--it had left the bar, boarded another bus, and driven to a different zip code. Wonderful driver. Miserable bus. At more than $800 (after tax and tip) this experience was not remotely worth the ride. Note: it also says on the website that the photos of the bus inverter site isn't the bus you're getting. I did not rent the bus, but the woman who did told me to let her handle it, so I did. The driver called the owners and they proceeded to call the police to file a police report (a bit dramatic...). Well now the woman who rented the bus is afraid of potential legal consequences, so when the owners of the bus demanded that she pay $250, she handed it over. Of course I've had to pay her back the $250. So I called the owners today to inquire why on earth we had to pay $250 to retrieve my phone from a bus seat that should have been attached in the first place? I should have known when I called the business number and realized it was his cell phone what I was dealing with. Not professionals. So the owner said he had called "his guy" who would fix the bus and got an estimate of $250. That's great, but it still doesn't explain why WE had to pay for the seat that was already broken. He told me me that he took pictures and videos of the bus, which is fine, he should have done that, but it still doesn't prove that we broke the bus and he is convinced that we did. How do you change someone's mind when it's already made-up and they're sitting on $250 that they weaseled out of a scared woman?? You don't. You can't. I asked him if he would at least share the footage and pictures he took on his phone last night, and he told me to contact his lawyer. I asked him if he would at least refund me a portion of it and he literally laughed at me. Just so rude and flippant. No kindness. No compassion. Certainly no customer service. I told him I couldn't afford the $250 and he laughed and said, "Neither can I!" So I'm pretty upset that I got scapegoated as his financial supply to fix his bus that was already broken. I can't recommend this service simply because I do not want anyone to have to interact with these rude, uncaring people.

The bus was too large to navigate the narrow streets so we wound up getting out to walk several times.
