Booking only required a $30 down payment over Venmo. They don't seem to send receipts, or confirmations and I was told they decide who the bus driver/what bus will be used at 7 pm- the evening before pick up. So it is an interesting operation management-wise, but the tubing company vouched for the company and said they were good people. We ended up getting a full sized school bus, which was in fair condition- perfect for a bunch of people going to spend a day on the river. Our bus driver was great. They drive all over, so I highly suggest giving them a call for a safe day of day-drinking

The driver informed them that it was broken when he got there which is completely unacceptable. The guys showed up drenched in their suits and had to find a way to clean up and cool off before the ceremony. I was very impressed with the communication and easy booking process but showing up with no AC with zero notice or fix of the problem is the reason I will never book with them again.

I emailed him two months in advance and he was so communicative with me, gave me a fair and great pricing. Furthermore, I love supporting privately owned and small companies, because I value their dedication and amazing service. A week before our arrival to New Orleans, he followed up with me, confirming arrival times and flight number. As we arrived, he was already waiting at the baggage claim and along with hand-held sign with our name on it. We loved that without having to repeatedly call and worry where he is parked or where he is waiting. His luxury SUV is pristine and a beauty--a black Lincoln Navigator. There was so much comfort and leg room and his car was air conditioned already along with our seats. He also handed us two cold bottles of water, which we greatly appreciated after coming from a long flight. He drove us to our hotel and the ride was so smooth and we felt so safe that I fell asleep! Haha! Michael is wonderful in his demeanor, his personality and his service. On our last day of our vacation, he was already at our hotel exactly at 3:15 pm with the SUV ready and set to go to the airport. We will always remember Michael for our transportation needs and hope to come back to New Orleans. Very nice, courteous, and professional man.

In the process of planning where he would meet my dad, he asked for specific information and told me he would confirm by text when they were about to get on the road. Jamal is not only an amazing professional chauffer, but he was also very clear and attentive in meeting my needs regarding how he was going to meet my dad and stepmom since I wasn't able to be there. He has very reasonable rates, especially when going from the MSY airport to the French Quarter. He was there waiting to receive my dad at the meeting place. In my dad's case, flying Southwest, it was at the circular, wooden stage on the first floor when following the ground transport signs. There was a spark when they met at the airport. Jamal was able to take a picture of them and send it to me for confirmation. Jamal has an amazing character; he's friendly, has a great smile (you can tell through the mask), and would love to recommend you great places to eat. He offered cold water, which is A MUST in the warm-vibrant town of New Orleans, and that was refreshing! My dad arrived at the hotel safely and smiling, as he had a great ride with Jamal, on time and without any issues. Jamal is so nice, I asked for his service twice! To end my dad's vacation on a good note, I asked Jamal if he could take my dad back to the airport. He was flexible with the location and time of pick-up. We were very impressed with how he was able to accommodate us so well and with precise timing. I highly recommend J3 Executive Livery to drive you and your loved ones around New Orleans as he sets the lively vibes of the beautiful city.
