These folks were great. They first picked us up from our cruise to the hotel. We unknowingly booked a hotel across the street from a music festival, and learned that the street would be closed at our pickup time My husband uses a cane, and I was concerned that we would miss the pickup or he would have to walk a distance. We hired Big Easy Limos one year before my daughter's wedding date of 4/2/22. The limo did not pick up the groomsmen as requested but a limo bus picked up the groomsmen on time & delivered them to the church, however the limo bus for the bridesmaids, etc was slightly late. Both drivers were very reckless in their driving. The radio in the ladies bus did not work & it was very hot. As a result, the bride got motion sickness and almost got ill at the church. When we arrived, we had to be rushed into the ceremony. After the ceremony there were pictures, however before we were finished, the driver of the limo bus for the bride & groom (supposed to be a limo here) was in the church trying to hurry everyone along which I did not appreciate. Then both drivers again drove so recklessly we felt lucky to make it to the reception. This time the bride did get sick & could not enjoy the reception because she was ill & feeling faint the entire reception. I was very disappointed in the service we got, being hurried everywhere & questioned when we were going to be finished. We did not run OVER any time limits and I felt we were handled unprofessionally. I will not be using your company again or recommending you to anyone. read more

I reviewed Big Easy last Mother's Day when we used them to go to lunch at Antoine's & gave them a perfect review. THIS YEAR, we again used them (with a Groupon) on Mother's Day & to Antoine's once more, celebrating Mother's Day + my 75th birthday. Other than a different driver, my review is the same...Perfect Company! Extremely pleasant experience from making arrangements with office to the efficient, very helpful & polite driver. They made my day so special. It was fun to be able to share the ride with our children & their SO's instead of driving separately, no one had to fight traffic & find parking on a busy holiday. Last year I posted that I paid tip & other small charge several days in advance so I didn't need to think of it that day, I did the same this year. We felt an additional tip at time of service was well deserved so had brought an envelope with cash ($60) to give driver upon drop-off & he deserved every bit for his excellent service. We didn't use 4 hours this year either & driver asked several times if we wanted to go any place else, we didn't but he would have been more than glad to drive us the 4 hrs had we wished. As last year, we knew we wouldn't use all time but was happy not to need to watch our time. The entire experience was memorable. We will use this service again any time read more

Used this service for an airport transfer. I called and booked an SUV FOR 5 adults and our toddler. I specifically called because they assured me that they would be able to provide me with a front facing car seat. This seemed like a much more viable option than expecting our two year old to wait in a taxi line. The driver showed up we gathered our luggage and led us to a car with no car seat. We made the trek to our destination car was comfortable driver helped us unload our bags When I called the next day to inquire about why I didn't get a car seat and could I be refunded the deposit I paid for the car seat.. This service was awful!!!!!! The driver was extremely rude and was determined to cut his service with us short!! We only used 4 of the 5 hours. The driver complained at every possible opportunity and he had a HORRIBLE attitude. We are a cheerful bunch, most of us are in the service industry and extremely easy to please. We used this company for our wedding. We had 2 limos to pick up both wedding parties at 2 different addresses. They were EXCELLENT. They showed up early, cars were clean, and very careful. Our limo driver even got out his limo to talk to cops and remove barricades in the rain down Bourbon St to get us to our destination. We definitely recommend them. read more

Awful! I booked a limo to bring a few friends and myself to the Northshore for my bridal shower since I knew we would have a few celebratory glasses of champagne and I did not want anyone to drive across the causeway. Prior to my scheduled pick up, I received 6 emails confirming my booking including the cell phone and name of my driver. Imagine my surprise when there was no limo that showed up at the scheduled time! I called the driver and he immediately put the blame on me and told me he was in the french quarter! I was supposed to be picked up in Old Metairie and they are located in Kenner...so what were they doing in the french quarter???? Anyway they said that they had been trying to get in touch with me and that I was allegedly out of the country...not true...After I hung up with the driver I called the company and they immediately started blaming me for their mistake. I was totally irritated because I was missing my bridal shower because of them. They came up with about 50 other excuses (most of them blaming me, just totally rude and i professional) and finally someone came clean and said they messed up...I was able to hop in a car with a friend to get to shower after cancelling the limo, then the limo showed up to pick up my remaining friends anyway, so they got in and the limo took us back. Let me just say, this limo was really old and and the auxiliary cord didn't work so we basically put someone's iPhone in a cup on the bar for music. What a disgusting excuse for a company...the kicker for the entire day is that one of my friends asked which company I used and she used them for her wedding and booked them 8 months in advance and instead of sending her a limo, they sent her a "Casino bus" and they said that that was all they had left, she told me that they never informed her that they were sending something other than what she ordered or that their limos were totally booked when she made a booking 8 months prior!
