I emailed him two months in advance and he was so communicative with me, gave me a fair and great pricing. Furthermore, I love supporting privately owned and small companies, because I value their dedication and amazing service. A week before our arrival to New Orleans, he followed up with me, confirming arrival times and flight number. As we arrived, he was already waiting at the baggage claim and along with hand-held sign with our name on it. We loved that without having to repeatedly call and worry where he is parked or where he is waiting. His luxury SUV is pristine and a beauty--a black Lincoln Navigator. There was so much comfort and leg room and his car was air conditioned already along with our seats. He also handed us two cold bottles of water, which we greatly appreciated after coming from a long flight. He drove us to our hotel and the ride was so smooth and we felt so safe that I fell asleep! Haha! Michael is wonderful in his demeanor, his personality and his service. On our last day of our vacation, he was already at our hotel exactly at 3:15 pm with the SUV ready and set to go to the airport. They were 10 minutes early and handled our bags for us. We arrived at the airport early in the morning before the traffic was building up. I have over the years used many services when traveling. This was the best. This is not idle flattery. To be the best in my book you have to be better in all aspects than the competition. Nicer/Nicest vehicles (large SUVs), clean and comfortable. I initially enrolled my 5 yr old because I started a new job and his school didn't have after care. Since the beginning of the year she has taken all my children under her wing. She works with me to schedule rides when something comes up, she has changed my baby when he needed. I just can't say enough about her professionalism but more importantly knowing that my babies are safe and taken care of when they are with her. I really appreciate her and if you need this type of service and want to know that your cherubs are in good hands I'm telling you she's the one, and I pay weekly like clock work so this is not a paid advertisement LOL. Their pricing is definitely among the most reasonable and the fact that everything is included takes the pressure off of dealing with driver gratuity, etc. We rented three cars that day and had varying experiences with the drivers. The driver Glen who traveled our wedding party earlier in the day was probably the least competent. He took roundabout ways of getting to locations, chose terrible routes (driving on bourbon street), and went the wrong way a few times, blaming the fact he was behind schedule on my planning. He was perfectly nice but all of my party arrived late and irritated. Shuttle bus - We didn't have any direct interaction with the driver, but from what we hear everything ran on schedule. After-party driver - Frank was incredibly polite and the perfect driver. He knew when to chat and when to let us enjoy the moment (a rare skill these days). He was competent behind the wheel, accommodating when our plans ran a few minutes long, and a perfect gentleman. Overall, I would recommend the company. You may get a wild card driver, but dealing with their office was stress free and great.
