We have had our RV here for a year now, due to working in the area. When we first came it was terrible. However since it has come under new ownership and management, it's been a world of difference! Just in the last few months, they've moved out the riffraff, added extra security measures such as gates/ fencing, now provide competent maintenance, and the onsite management is amazing! The office mgr Melissa and her husband go above and beyond to make sure that all of their tenants' needs are met. They are courteous, professional and always there to help. The amenities are not that of a "resort", yet perfect for those working families that simply desire a clean, quiet place to reside at while in the area. I would happily recommend Houma Lock Storage & RV to anyone.

The laundry and shower facilities are top notch, they are open 24/7 with a pass code. There is WiFi in the Park and a convenient way to pay your rent on time. Also they have security cameras to ensure the safety of your items. However there was a little downside to staying here, the entrance to the park is narrow and there is only one lane. This made exiting and entering problematic at times when there was a change in the day crew, night crew hours. Also the Park borders up to the woods and a canal so have your bug spray on the ready at all times. All in all you won't find a better park in Luling if you need to plan an extended stay. Trust me the convince of the location to the 310 and 90 can't be beat.

A little far from coast but we discovered several restaurants along the way that were wonderful. One tiny problem we had was when we first pulled in to park. We were told to take the first "right" to drive to our site. The first right turned out to be the pull out lane for the first row of RV's, not an actual street. We couldn't back the trailer that far so had to unhook our trailer there, unload car, pull trailer through an empty RV space with the car, then back the RV up. This was mostly our fault, but you might post that road as "not a thru street" or something. I think we gave the RV travelers sitting outside visiting quite a show and a laugh!
