The process went really well/smoothly. Insurance covered majority of the cost of the rental, with some out of pocket costs. Great car given to me, it needs an alignment but other than that.. perfect. Billing was easy to understand and the staff were very helpful/accommodating. The insurance was a little confusing though, they wanted me to purchase rental car insurance through enterprise but my policy on my car covered my rental. I didn't end up purchasing the insurance and was ok. If you're getting a rental through your car insurance company, majority of them carry over your insurance policy to the rental. Make sure you ask your insurance agent. read more

Reserved a car a couple of weeks ago to attend a family funeral. First off, they pressured me about purchasing their insurance and they asked me how much my deductible was...? I've never had that question asked before. The Car they were offering was damaged on the rims and other parts of the car (inside and out). Of course they had another car for an upgrade, but gave me a discount on the damaged Altima after some haggling. Upon return, I advised the branch manager (approx 6'2" guy with curly blonde hair) that I heard some rattling in the wheel well and I would not be renting from them again. I explained my displeasure in the email Enterprise sent me about my trip and didn't think anything else about it. Two weeks later I get an email about damage to the vehicle with a claim number and a request for payment. I called the rental office requesting an explanation. They told me the Branch Manager, reported the damage. I hastened to the rental office to speak to him. Once there is was very perturbed. He told me that the "rattling noise" was a bad strut and they filed a claim. Since I was the last one to drive it, the claim was my responsibility. I advised him that I didn't cause any damage to the vehicle, but the only satisfaction I got from the Branch Manager was to "file a dispute". Which I did and won. Enterprise sent me a letter apologizing and absolving me of any responsibility. This could have been done by the "Branch Manager". I don't recommend anyone, ever rent from this location. They are petty, disrespectful and vindictive. Thank you! read more

This location is typically my preferred location because of proximity, and I've had a couple of positive memorable experiences in which the customer service was spectacular, so i shall continue to use them. I recently rented a vehicle and usually only pay attention to outside details when inspecting since the interior is always pristine. This time, i did notice some staining of some kind on the back seat and mentioned it to the agent. She initially dismissed it as nail polish but then said she'd get it looked at and took the vehicle back to be cleaned(if possible). Thankfully it was possible and the stains were removed. I appreciate the extra wipes they provide in the vehicle but it did not seem that the car had been wiped down well and the wheel was a little sticky, but thankfully, i had the wipes nearby to take care of that. A little more focus should be on getting regular maintenence completed on the vehicles as mine seemed to be in need of an alignment(or something) and got very shaky just past 60mph and the "maintenance required soon" light came on just before my return trip. Still my fav rental company but hope for smoother cleaner rides in the future read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The car smelled like weed and the guy even mentioned it. The left turn signal was out along with the left taillight. Luckily we didn't get pulled over. It was a 3 year old car that also had not been aligned the steering wheel shook so bad and it was very difficult keeping it from veering. The worst experience ever!!! I was in a car accident and insurance provided me a rental car. When I arrived to pick up my car, they seemed a little short staffed but they greeted me and stated they'd help me as soon as they were available. I waited about 10 minutes and they got all my info and I was in my car about 10 minutes later. They were kind enough to upgrade me and keep the rate at the insurance coverage rate which I appreciated. The staff were helpful and efficient when I picked up and dropped off! The waiting line was 10 people deep, and they were not in a hurry. My reserved car was not available, so I had to settle for a gas guzzler.

They put down all of my information wrong, got to the place had to stand outside after the woman was extremely rude and refused to help me. Then pulled up all of my information on my east pass then they wouldn't let me rent it because my information didn't match what THEY put down. read more

My car was backed into over the Christmas holidays and took it in to be repaired. Enterprise came right to the dealership and picked me up and even helped me get two car seats out of my car and into the rental care. I was impressed by everyone working on Monday, January 8th. The insurance company I was working with didn't use Enterprise so I had to put the rental on my card. I really wish this place was better organized. It's always chaotic and it seems like they're short of people. You have to repeat info over and over and over again. This review is overdue, but I cannot say enough about the amazing service I received at this Enterprise location. Unfortunately, I had to do business here due to a car accident that put my vehicle in the shop. The last thing you want to do after you've been hit by another driver is deal with rental car issues. But I had ZERO problems with Enterprise. They picked me up at the collision center when I dropped off my car. They quickly got me in a rental vehicle to get me on my way to work. They accommodated the fact that I have three children to navigate, so I needed a large enough car to manage that. AND they got me back to my completed car upon return in a quick and efficient manner as well. The staff were ALL friendly, helpful, and sympathetic to the drivers that were inconvenienced by others who had hit them. And they really worked hard to make everything about the rental process smooth, easy, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and even relieved. The absolute only room for improvement in the future was that my rental vehicle had an odor reminiscent of cigarette smoke even though all of their cars are supposed to be smoke free. The one I was rented had either been driven by a smoker or (more likely) smoked in at some point. I would absolutely use this Enterprise in the future, though, based on customer service alone. read more

Several times I received nothing but rude smart mouthed clerks...and they are always allowing people to make a reservation and then saying they are out of cars when you arrive! This location is full of scam artist!! *My mom rented a car and it costed her $468.00 for 1 week!! *You would think she rented a luxury car..not just your typical standard american car *When i tryed to call and talk to the manager; a worker name chris daily lied & said he was the manager, but he wasn't ( i guess he thought i was stupid) so he put the real manager on the phone johnathan who told me he could not tell me why he rented my mother a 69 year old woman a car for 3 days @ $348.93 plus a $100 deposit. *So i took it upon my self to book her a new reservation @ $191.00 for a week, but when she went in they some how tricked her again and charged her credit card $250 more... now i'm confused!! **That's almost $$800 for a weekly rental!!** * So i called again of course with my mother on the phone and was told her total for a 6 days rental was $468.83 not a full week. *Now I have rented cars all over the country and have never paid so much for a weekly rental!! *After i called and really got to the bottom of this foolishness, the charges came out to be $380 for a 6 day rental.. have you heard of such!! ** Bottom line they took advantage of my mother (they got her!!) ** Do not rent from this location these people are scam artist and very incompetent!!! read more

A local mechanic rented a car from this Enterprise location for me while my car was being worked on. The understanding from the beginning was that the shop was paying for the car, but Enterprise wanted to have my debit card for a $50 deposit in order to release the car to me. That sounded reasonable, and it was fully refundable, so I agreed. The next day, they had deducted a total of $150 from my account, because they claimed the person I spoke to had made a mistake, and the deposit was supposed to be $150. I was flabbergasted that they just went ahead and took another $100 from my account without even calling me. When I returned the car, they charged me for two days, even though I had the car for one, and I wasn't supposed to pay for anything; the shop was responsible for the rental. I had to get the shop manager to intervene to get a promise that my money will be refunded, and I am still waiting even though it has been five days. I don't know whether they are thieves, or just very careless, but either way, I plan to avoid them in the future. I even have doubts about Enterprise in general. 2016 Follow-up: I called per the response, was promised the moon, and got nothing. When I called back to collect on my promises, they'd never heard of me. However, I did get excellent service from a different branch of Enterprise, so this review is strictly about this one particular location. read more

We flew our plane into Eagle Creek Airport ( KEYE ) for the U.S. National NHRA Drag Races, our car we that we had called ahead for was ready and waiting, it was very clean and full of gas with a map on the font seat. Dropped it back at the airport a few days later and my card was billed just as I was told on the phone weeks before the trip. Thanks for the great service! read more
