So imagine getting a call from Enterprise after trying to contact the branch and calling corporate all of a sudden they calling and giving me a refund, after I had been calling and complaining and finally left a review, Yeni or Stephanie gives me a call out of their busy day, then tried to cover up for the disrespect from Hunter the manager which clearly is what he does to Black ppl after reading the reviews this is standard practice, anyhow so now they're so generous that I'm receiving a refunding me which clearly shows that they had planned to jack me for my deposit; but now suddenly they want to refund me my deposit after I was told for 15 days repeatedly and I have like 4 phone conversations recorded including the one from yesterday " I threaten the branch and they would like to cut ties with me ... not that they would like to apologize for the mistreatment from the Hunter kid but that I threaten the branch ... Mind you I work for a law firm. It's just comical I hung up in the lady face because at that point I knew this was beyond me and They were trying to cover up for the actions of the workers. I've seen it too many times in my line of work at the firm . DO NOT rent from this location if you think or believe you deserve a better quality of treatment it's not gonna happen here at this location, they don't even greet you as you walk in the door .. Hunter had the nerve to say he was making it happen for me when in actuality he was doing what he gets paid to do , he didn't do any favors for me never met him a day in my life until he disrespected me..They will lie to get you in there and have no cars have you sitting for hours even with a reservation.. The only resolution was to cut ties with a customer who not only worked for the company before but has a corporate account Pass this location up it needs to be shut down and everyone needs to be trained again.. Also be mindful this is my second time making this review and somehow it gets taking down.. They steal deposits at this location and if you speak on it or complain they say they no longer wanna do business with you but In the same email give you a full refund for what they tried and claim was used for extra days that you never had.. if you prove them wrong they will try and black ball you from renting from the company that's the Standard practice they use here at this branch. As though we not in 2026 and there is 100's of rental car companies and ways to rent cars.. Good luck with this enterprise . I included the receipt for the refund I finally received mind you the car was returned 3/2 and it's 3/30 imagine that. Today alone I've received 4 emails from Enterprise when I tired the car in I could not even get a receipt now I'm getting tons of communication I guess they're diligently working to cover their tracks and black ball my name from renting ‍ Do Not Rent Here ..

That Store is just to leave the review I wouldn't give them anything. The lack of empathy and lack of common courtesy is ridiculous by these people. I had a rental set up 24hrs in advance through my insurance after an accident. I drop my suv off to collision shop they had already agreed to pick me up and I have a reservation for large SUV. Hunter called me immediately as the reservation went in sayin I could choose between standard or luxury suv I said I'll wait till I get there for all that. At 820am hunter called me saying they have no rental yet for me is 930am ok I agreed to that. I'm really confused how no rental is Bayern the day before I could choose between the two. Call them back an hour later still no vehicle but it's on the way and we are coming to get you. Picked me up took me in the store said someone will help me. Out of three associates not one greeted or spoke for start eventually the young lady checks me in and say we are just waiting to find you a vehicle and I loose my cool. I address them saying very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time I had a doctor appts scheduled at 10am it's 1045am immediately threaten me to get out and then said they will call the police on me? Call them! I canceled the rental called corporate they took my statement but haven't heard nothing I walked in 93 degrees from one side of the freeway to the other. Back to the collision place. They were upset they did that and said they will reach out to there VP at least drop me back off left me outside lock doors ohhh the foreign lady never said nothing until I cursed once saying refrain from that language I told her to shut up talking to me and they told me to get out. Hunter very immature racist as well as the other young lady the black girl who checked me in never said one word just looking as well as the detailing guy the rest were calling the police locked me outside and keep in mind while I voice my frustration I was never a threat I sat in my chair the whole time until asked to leave and I walked out on my own. Here's copies of the voicemail showing they called me and lied then State Farm has it set up through them so I'll reach out to State Farm as well. Better employees and Enterprise clearly don't need my business

Remy was amazing! I was in an accident caused by someone with statefarm. I didn't know what to do and where to go and he made sure I was able to turn the rental in on time, even when statefarm failed to contact me.

Low Washer Fluid Code with Malfunction Hazard Light On

The one star is for service. When I came in I was acknowledged. I came 30 minutes earlier for pick up and waited about 20 minutes for the rental to be cleaned, which was fine because I was early. Upon receiving the vehicle, there were no visible issues. It was already started up and there were no codes on the dashboard. This means who ever drove the car to bring it to me could have dismissed the codes. I took the car home and didn't drive until the following day. The codes began to appear upon start up. First code, the key battery was dead. I was told to purchase another battery from O'Riley and I'd be reimbursed with the fee I paid for the battery. This was inconvenient because it doesn't factor in the time or gas I would have to spend to even get the battery. Second Code, low washer fluid. Third Code, stated there was a "Malfunction". Oil light also appeared and the sticker stated the next change should've been at 42K miles, however the vehicle was about 54K. I was told they check the cars, but I highly doubt it because if they even checked the bare minimum, none of the minor codes would've appeared. The malfunction is major and it definitely wouldn't have been an issue had the car been properly examined. To fix this issue, I was asked to bring it in for a swap out. Unfortunately I filled the tank up, but received a text from their AI, I'm assuming, offering to reimburse the gas I'd purchased. This was sufficient enough. After going to the location for a swap out, the staff tried to hook me up with an SUV. I don't understand why given the fact they could've easily called another location before I'd arrived to ask if they had any sedan models before wasting my time to wait 30 minutes for them not to have sedans. The member helping me called locations after the fact and my declining of their SUV. I don't recommend this location and the only reason I went was the convenient distance from my home. The company owner responds to almost all his reviews noting they send an email to "review@ehi.com". I sent my email Tuesday. It is now Friday for no response. Poor employees, poor management, poor owners, poor company.

The bathroom, do I need to say anymore! Door wide open!!! Thanks Enterprise!

But Daniel Guillie What is the best representative I've ever worked with. He was more than professional he was super accommodating and actually cared about what I needed. I had a wonderful experience at this location (or so I thought) while my car was being serviced for maintenance wear and tear. An Enterprise Associate picked me up from mechanic and brought me to Enterprise (in car I would be renting). The wait time wasn't that long, about 7 min). Once it was my turn, we went out to inspect the silver Altima and she marked down the dents, scratches, parts of vehicle that were separated and assured me it's already marked down on their end and then marked down in front of me and I pointed out others because I don't want to be liable for any damages from someone else. Day of returning car, wait time was a little longer but it was okay because Associate at desk was kind and polite. She did the return car check and she said everything was fine, of course with the car. Gas was even filled (even though it was only supposed to be have been above the half point, but I returned the car earlier than expected thanks to Amazing mechanics at Eric's Car Care in Rice Village. Because of the full tank of gas and Associate being kind, she even credited me $15, making entire credit of $33.55, not a negative balance but a positive one. There were no issues then and definitely shouldn't be any issues now. I was refunded the remaining balance and waited about 20 min for someone to come and take me back to Eric's. When Pedro arrived, I offered to stay and wait longer so he can have his lunch that he had but he said it was alright. We headed back to mechanic (in the rental I just returned) for Pedro to drop me off and that was that.... thats what I thought until today when I got an email stating I OWE them $1,285.50 for alleged damages If I had incurred any damages, I would have already informed Enterprise. I have been using Enterprise for over 20 years. What I won't accept is being held liable for damages before car was issued to me or after Ive already released vehicle and others have driven it. Car was returned a week ago & was fine and now they are claiming damages that were not done by me, damages that were there before me, damages that could be caused by their own Associates since they use the same rental I used to both pick up and drop me. Do not let them do this. Do not allow Enterprise, Greenbriar or any rental agency to use the same vehicle to drop you off. They will smile at your front but will hit you with outrageous charges and lies after the fact. This is the most dishonorable and despicable thing I've come across from a business.. Please, if you must rent, use AVIS that is close by on Kirby (5 min) this location or use another Enterprise, unless you want to get hit by charges that you didn't incur but they will claim you did, which now, I will have to fight against. And to think I was going to use this location for future rentals but I will continue using another Enterprise location I tend to use in SW Houston for trips. I even left them a glowing review after receiving the message with a link to rate them 24 hrs after returning the vehicle (please remove that review wherever it is posted since it clearly a lie now). I've driven rentals out of city and nothing, now to have this car for 4 days, locally, they are trying to put previous damages and/or damages that happened outside of my care on me. I only used this location out of convenience and look how that turned out. Go where you know , do not use them because of convenience. Convenience will cost you. They couldn't get their money from previous renter who actually incurred the damages on the vehicle or one of their own Associates caused the previous and/or new alleged damages before and/or after I came into picture, now they are trying this disgusting stunt. Do not use Enterprise on Greenbriar, unless you want to be charged or deal with the headache and hassle that I am currently undergoing. Happy Mother's Day to me. Blessings.

(I have very low expectations for people working at car rentals though....) I rented a car at this location. It's like a small trailer in a small lot with several cars. If you're looking for upgrades, chances here are slim. The car I got was what I had reserved, but I didn't feel safe driving it away. The guy said I could wait for him to help other customers, or I go to another location and switch out the car. I went to two more locations before another car was available. Took me like 1.5 hours. I guess Budget holds a $200 deposit so you need a credit card and ID.
