Missing work and standing in the rain waiting for them to pick me up. they were a no-show. when i called they had the wrong time. i can't just go inside and wait bc i'm a mile away from my house bc they refused to go the last mile to my house. i had to waste 10 bucks on a lyft to get here. my feet are wet and cold. i've spent almost an hour on hold with them listening to their jingle telling me they "love going the extra mile." that has now been proven wrong objectively. wind is picking up now, making it hard to hard my umbrella. Normally, renting a car is always filled with anxiety and this overarching feeling of dread that I'm going to somehow get taken advantage of. Not here. This has been the single greatest car rental experience of my life. Booked car, it was there, car was clean, car was in good shape, gas deal was actually a deal and not a scam (literally returned the car on fumes and paid like $20 to fill the tank), people there were helpful and nice. Just a spectacular experience. I had to rent a car through my insurance because my other car was in an accident. These guys were so helpful and courteous. Booked me an uber to get me to the body shop to pick up the new car when it was ready. I recommend this place 100% read more

Visited this location to rent a van for a kids birthday. App said the car was available, employees said it wasn't. They "attempted" to locate one at sister stores but told me none existed AND they had no way to get the vehicle to me. Very rude and felt like I was bothering them. Went to the Natick location (see review) which had a van, instantly helped me, was courteous and professional. Downside was needing to hire an Uber to get to Natick, since Framingham couldn't be bothered. read more

After having my reservation cancelled by Avis up the street without any warning, I was in a sour mood and needed a car rental quickly. Enterprise quickly changed my mood around. Framingham Ford arranged a rental here for us as a loaner, and the Enterprise employees really went the extra mile, on short notice, to obtain an all-wheel drive vehicle for us since we live on a hill and our driveway is a hill. They were all so friendly, eager to help, accommodating, and the car was pristine when we went to pick it up. I highly recommend them! read more

Awful SERVICE called multiple times they are rude do not treat customers with respect

Really couldn't ask for more. We needed a larger vehicle for a college move-in, and found a Grand Caravan here that was perfect for our needs and like-new. Joe was extremely helpful when we arrived to pick it up, giving us sound and thoughtful advice on the various options for insurance, fuel, and the return of the car, as well as demonstrating some of the van's useful features we otherwise might not have known about. And he had the whole process so pleasantly streamlined that we were in and out in a few minutes. Personal and professional. I just found out recently that Enterprise will pick up and drop off at Logan express. I dealt with Hannah and an unknown young man who took my reservation over the phone.. both were polite and quick. there was a slight delay at picking me up at Logan Express but I was back in five minutes when I returned the car. This was exceptionally painless and so much less $$ than renting a car at Logan and dealing with all the hassles.. I will do this whenever I am in Boston.. thanks to all of you! read more
