We discovered that the grey water tank was 1/3 full and the black water tank was 2/3 full. Yes, that's right; they sent us on our way with a tank full of someone else's waste. They did a lot of work to the car to make sure it was in as perfect condition as possible before the final purchase. Bob Shaw worked overtime going back and forth from Braintree to make sure all the paperwork, registratration and servicing was done within 3 days. He hand delivered paperwork to me at home multiple times, was always available by cell phone, and even brought the car to my mechanic because I wanted it checked out. He gave me everything I asked for promptly and is as nice as can be. Bob Shaw is clearly an honest man and is wonderful to deal with. (A family dealership is the way to go!) I highly recommend him. There are multiple other great options in Cambridge and Boston and spending slightly more at Hertz, Avis, or elsewhere will save you hundreds of dollars in charges that U-Save will add without notice after your rental.

On the day of, JoAnne was right on time to pick the bridesmaids up for the first trip to the venue, and I got a text message with the license plate and a photo of the driver to tell me that she had arrived which was very helpful. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves! He did say it would be around $50. I asked him what he needed if I decided to use service. He said that he needed payment info and to fine tune the instructions. I said I would keep it in mind and hung up. No money was exchanged and no confirmation was sent out. Since I did not receive a good vibe from him, I hired another company. The day of the pick up, he showed up anyway. My employer got in the car thinking it was the reputable company I hired, not Trusted Ride. When the ride was over he asked my boss for payment. My employer was confused as he thought the trip was prepaid. My employer called to let me know what was going on. I spoke with Joseph and told him that I did not hire him, the ride should have never happened and that any instructions would be considered cancelled since nothing was completed. He started yelling and arguing with me. Bottom line, he swooped in and stole the paid trip from another company. It was very shady and I will NOT use this service again. Future customers, be aware.
