Missing work and standing in the rain waiting for them to pick me up. they were a no-show. when i…read morecalled they had the wrong time. i can't just go inside and wait bc i'm a mile away from my house bc they refused to go the last mile to my house. i had to waste 10 bucks on a lyft to get here. my feet are wet and cold. i've spent almost an hour on hold with them listening to their jingle telling me they "love going the extra mile." that has now been proven wrong objectively. wind is picking up now, making it hard to hard my umbrella. He became extremely defensive and told me that he's owned the franchise for 20 years and if I didn't believe him, I could call Budget myself. I called them and they found me the right size SUV at another location. The clerk at the Framingham location is very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Don not rent a car at this location.

They gave me a nice car and were very polite. When it came time to turn the car in I gave it to the auto body shop a little worried about the keys getting back to enterprise but I got a text confirming the car was with them and all was well.

Then, I get put on hold for 30 minutes the next morning at around 10 AM (they open at 9 am) when I tried to contact customer service at their location. PLEASE safe yourself from using their god awful service and talking to scummy staff.

We have rented here at least half a dozen times and every time the staff is always courteous, attentive, and goes out of their way to make sure we are pleased. I'm not sure why this location has received poor reviews in the past but I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks. I also have friends and neighbors in the area that have rented from this location as well and they also are very complimentary of the customer service. It is a suburban location so if you are making last minute reservations, they may not always have the exact car that you want due to inventory shifting but that is not always within their control. 5 star review from me !

They told me I could go to Marlborough to pick up a car instead and they would stay open late for me so I called an Uber and went all the way there and they were closed! They always tell me what's going on and give me options rather than trying to hard-sell the more expensive thing. They even referred us to a Subaru specialist when there was a minor fuel line leak (reported by the computer) on our Subaru Forester that they couldn't isolate (and didn't charge us anything for the diagnosis). In comparison, the dealership simply told us that we needed to spend $1000+ to replace the whole fuel line.
