They gave me a nice car and were very polite. WORST place to rent a car!!! Save your time and money because the staff here have a rude attitude and sound like they don't know what they're doing. I booked a reservation for a compact car and when I got there, they claimed that they gave me a call - but I didn't get a call. After driving 40 minutes over there, they said they didn't have a compact car for me anymore. WTF??? They ended up giving me their largest and "only car" on their lot for a rate increase of $100 more. We had no choice but to say yes because we were in need of a car. Then, I get put on hold for 30 minutes the next morning at around 10 AM (they open at 9 am) when I tried to contact customer service at their location. PLEASE safe yourself from using their god awful service and talking to scummy staff. read more

Dan, one of the staff here lied to me. I had requested a compact car, twice. I need to drive a smaller car due to depth perception issues. My car was being repaired at the auto body shop down the street. So I arrive this morning and there were two compact cars out front, one of them a Impreza which is what I drive. So he finally got through the paperwork at the computer and takes me outside walking past two compact cars to a full size Chevy Malibu. I told him I specifically asked for a compact car. He said he did not have any available. So I took the car and went to an appointment having trouble with handling the car. I decided it was not worth the aggravation and called the auto body shop that I was cancelling my repair and coming back to get my car. I drove back to Enterprise and was going to leave the car. Seems that the Autobody shop called as they were the ones who would lose business. Miracle of miracles lying Dan found a compact car! Granted it's a piece of crap, but he could have saved a lot if grief if he had given me what I asked for two times while making the reservation and what I had asked him for when I was standing at the counter. Instead he chose to ignore me and do what was easy fir him. He lied to my face Also they spray air freshener in the cars, the perfume stench is intense. The only good part is that my insurance company is paying for the car although they hit you up for so called taxes and fees. The charges are questionable at best. Because of the deceptive practices and lies from Enterprise Framingham I will avoid using the auto body shop again although they do good work. Dan, you need better customer service skills. read more

This is a mixed review. I had to have a tow recently to Ron's Tire Shop because my car dropped the muffler. I called this Enterprise location for a reservation because I've rented from them before and was always completely satisfied. A Lorraine took my call. Enterprise in various locations has always been my only go to car rental agency: Framingham, Lawrence, Las Vegas. However, I have noticed over time a decrease in the quality of service. I have thrown out many old business cards of their people because of turnover. When I pointed this out recently, I was told it was because people had been promoted. When I arrived, there were only two agents at the counter; one headed out to the lot with s customer and didn't return while I was there. The other agent, joao Marinho patiently and efficiently waited on another customer and went with her to the lot. Several of us were then left alone for many minutes. One customer yelled into the bay for help. Once Joao returned, I was helped and got a great Hyundai. On my return, once again, no one behind the counter. Joao was great, understanding and receptive and completely lived up to my concept of outstanding customer service. But I think this location is short staffed affecting their efficiency. My car was excellent, Joao outstanding, Randy, the driver who brought me back to Ron's, friendly and conversant. I'm hoping my feedback on staffing causes some positive changes. read more

She was efficient, personable and exceeded my expectations. I was able to get through the rental process in a speedy manner with ZERO hiccups. I had the worse experience at this Enterprise rental. I have moved to the Framingham area almost a year ago. I have changed my address from the RMV, anyway the man behind the counter requested identification in which I provided he then says he needs a utility bill I had showed him my license and registration. That was not enough I was on a break from work 45 mins. He says he needs a bill or utility, I asked why he gives me a smirk and says I just do. I am beyond angry I had to get back to work. I go home and get a cable bill and paystubs rushing to get back to work. He was ignorant and the pure racist attitude talking to me as if I was nothing. When I get back I try to hand him the paperwork he didn't even look at me, the woman next to him behind the counter says I'll be handling this now she was beyond rude. I pass her my utility bill and 2 paystubs she asked me to open them, why? My address and name are clearly on the paystub I asked why and she says we just need proof. They had MORE than enough proof of who I was it was unprofessional and discriminatory. I needed the car for 1 day, when I go back to return the car I see he is being very loud to a Portuguese family talking loudly and ignorant they were not deaf, it was obvious they didn't understand very well. This place has the best customer service I've ever had. The manager called telling me that the car I had book was not available but gave me plenty of choice. Both the manager and the person who was at then front desk were super nice, they called me when I forgot my license and made sure that they told me about all the services they offered including the ride back when I gave the car back and leaving the car at a location closer to my house, offered me to keep the for more hours if I needed for the same price, they were not pushy about their insurances. I used this Enterprise location for the first time when my car was at the auto body shop. The employees were pleasant, professional and helpful!! They did most of the work once my insurance company sent over a rental car approval. I was given the option of which car would be best for me. The car was new and clean and was nice to drive! They even took the time to call me a few days after I picked up the car to see how everything was. There was no issue with extending my rental when I was told my care wasn't going to be ready when first thought, I would definitely use this Enterprise location in the future and recommend them to friends and family!!! read more

I simply asked Joey if we could get another car at this location for me this is normally never a problem as I use Avis once a week for business Joey would not even try to do anything for me simply told me know I'm not sure what their customer service is if they won't even try for you. I was not asking for a crazy request I simply wanted a full-size standard car and Joey was very negative about even calling to see if we could get one. Good service here. Sometimes it would take more then half an hour to pick up a car at other locations, especially at the airport. I would say picking up the car took me 10 to 15 minutes at most. It's a small little lot, so when returning the car was kind of tight, but we just left the car at the front of the place for the employee to take care of. 3 stars instead of 4 because pricing was alittle too much in my opinion. Usually insurance (walk away) should be about 12 to 15 bucks at most...here it was 20! Also for one day driving it cost around 120 dollars...a little too steep in my opinion....but thats the way of the car rental business i guess... read more

This place was reserving cars they didn't even have. The woman in the waiting room with me reserved a car before i did, and they didn't have a car ready for her. She was still waiting when i took off, and a couple employees were heading off fetching a car for her. As for my rental, they originally reserved for me a Pontiac Vibe. I don't want to turn this into a product review, so let's just say a vehicle with such uniquely crappy visibility should not be a rental. Looking over my shoulder, i had a worse view than i did from the mirror. I don't know how anybody can safely merge on the highway in one of those things. Talk about a blind spot! Anyways, that's not the car you want to loan to people who aren't familiar with it. I drove it as far as the next parking lot, turned around and went back. I refused to drive that car. Lucky for them, someone was pulling in to return their rental, and it happened to be a suitable ride. If my luck were any different, then it could have been much worse. They overcommit their obviously tiny "fleet", and that leaves the customers to wait around and absorb the trouble it causes. I will say that they were friendly and they did what they could to work with me, but there's obvious systemic issues with how that place is run. There's enough competition that there's no reason to use this place. read more

I travel quite a bit and do not like putting all the mileage on my personal vehicle and as a result rent from Enterprise all the time. Great people to work with and always willing to accommodate. Nightmare to deal with young staff who are not only rude, but condescending in their exchanges. Try to get upper management to step it- FORGET it- never happens! I've rented from this Enterprise more than once. I've always had pretty good service, quick and easy but that was not the case this past weekend (11/14-11/7). I had a reservation for a simple compact car at 12:00 p.m but they didn't have that car available for me to pick up at 12:10 because it was getting an oil change down the street at the shop and I was then given the following options: upgrade for 3$ or 5$ more per day or wait for the car to be ready. I was on my lunch break and annoyed and I didn't have time to explain why that was unfair with the "manager" who was apparently helping me. I paid the extra 3$ a day just to get out of there and get back to work on time but i expressed my displeasure. I only go to Enterprise because their location is so close to both my job and home, and the 9.99 weekend deals are great for weekend trips. I can't say that I won't go there again, but they will not be my first choice ever again. read more

I had rented a car to pick up on a Friday and didn't realize until the night before that it said afternoon pick up, when I actually needed it for when they opened! I also needed a 7 passenger car when I had reserved a 5 passenger car... Called them right when they opened... told Nick the situation and he told me he would call me back soon to see what he could find!!! About 45 minutes later I got the call and he told me they had a car ready for me to pick up right away! I arrived and Jon the assistant manager helped me..He greeted us with a smile and had us going our way!! All I have to say it was great experience. They have such a friendly and experience staff! I had to rent most recently because my car broke down and I care for grandchild and didn't want to be without a car. the online reservation messed up the date putting in the next day, but the staff was incredibly helpful, upgraded my car and got me on my way in no time. The car was clean and suited my needs perfectly. I only had it one day, but was very pleased. I do not need to rent vehicles often, but my Blandin Ave Enterprise has always been great to work with.
