    This was a terrible experience. I arrived onsite at enterprise on 6/28, for my scheduled reservation. I waited about 20 minutes for my full size vehicle, granted this was a holiday weekend but the customer service was terrible and it all begins with management. I asked for a full size vehicle and received a gas golf cart from Nissan. I'm 6'2 and they still I insisted I take the vehicle, instead of making accommodations or calling another rental location to see what was available. That is the process, not turn away a corporate customer that was sent by their company to pick up a vehicle. The manager said " take the car or cancel your reservation" you can tell the manager was picked up off the street and just given the title. He doesn't realize Enterprise is a very large rental company with relationships with other companies and their interactions can impact business moving forward indirectly. In addition, to the poor customer service the car was filthy! The rear view mirror dirty, the seats dirty, radio console dirty, and middle console for gear dirty! I could not believe what I was dealing with. Thank god for the North Brunswick location they save my life that day. Do not go to the Edison location they are unprofessional, rude, with a splash of racist. I hope the young black interns they had there were being treated fairly. They definitely gave the full size vehicles to other customers that arrived after they communicated to me that they had no full size vehicles. Do not rent your car from this location it will be the biggest mistake of your life. Does this look sanitized to you? Please see the photos.

    Reading some of these other reviews had me worried as I went to get my rental, but I do have to say that I didn't experience a single thing that these folks did. As soon as I got there, the manager Josh greeted me warmly and had everything ready to go. My 2020 Charger was perfect. It was clean, warmed up so I wouldn't freeze, and had plenty of gas. At the end of my trip, I experienced a screw embedded in the central tread of my rear PS tire. The staff there worked with me to fairly rectify this problem and helped make my drop off quick and efficient. All too often people only post the negative (perhaps embellished at times for a few reasons I can think of) and I wanted to let Josh and his crew know that I'll definitely be doing business with them again.

This Woodbridge agency say they were gonna call me to say they don't have the car but because of the day being hectic couldn't call on time . Also, not all Enterprises are equal depending on the manager and staff. My car broke down pretty recently and I needed a rental. I was waiting for my jobs fleet manager to create a rental reservation for me for hours. The tow truck took forever and I'm not impressed with my job, but Enterprise came through! I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating this Enterprise was. Nicole was kind enough to send a driver to pick me up before they even had a car available for me and before I was able to provide a rental reservation number. Luckily for me a vehicle was available shortly after. The car was quickly serviced and sanitized before I was ready to go. The prices are fair. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I'd you are in the area and need a rental, it's a no brainer.

My wife was at work, so I couldn't ask her to remind me. I called MetroPark on April 3rd for a pickup on April 4th and spoke to 'Sid'. He seemed like a nice enough guy although he couldn't seem to either hear or understand what I was saying part of the time. He told me what the price would be for the pickup at our home and for the return trip, I gave him my credit card info and email and he said I would be receiving an email or text confirmation. By the morning of April 4th, I had still not received any confirmation but what I did receive was an almost $400 charge on my card from them. The agreed upon price I got on the phone was $120 each way. I called the main number back at 8:10 am on April 4th, got a different person, told them I had not received confirmation and asked why I was charged so much extra. He was rude and condescending, said it was sent and that I should check my spam email (which I had already done prior to calling), told me the extra fees were for gratuities and other expenses and added that I shouldn't book them if I can't afford it. Keep in mind that this comment comes from a semi-literate working at a taxi stand. Needless to say, I emphatically told him to cancel the service and hoped this would be the end of it. I then called my bank to give them the heads up about these charges as I would be out of the country for over a week. They explained that the charges were still pending, but I at least wanted it to be on record that I contacted them immediately. As I write this on April 13th, the charges were still on my card, so I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and the charges will be taken off. Also, we went with the car service we had previously used and they were honest, charged less, had a clean, new car and were top notch. Even our driver was a pleasure. To summarize, it is much easier to be an honest company who treats their clients with respect and good service than a vampiric parasite who tries to cheat honest people out of their money. You are only hurting yourselves in the long run through loss of business and reputation. MetroPark, are a few extra ill-gotten bucks really worth it?

There was little effort to listen or offer a solution in real time. As a result, I was left without a vehicle after traveling to the location for a time-sensitive, work-related obligation. To be clear: I verified eligibility before booking I showed up with all required documentation I was still denied service due to a policy that was never communicated This reflects a breakdown between corporate booking and franchise-level policies, and unfortunately, the burden fell entirely on me as the customer. I recommend that anyone booking here: Call the specific location directly Ask detailed questions about license requirements Get confirmation in writing if possible There needs to be better transparency and basic customer care in situations like this.
