If I could give zero stars I would. It all started when I called Enterprise to confirm my rental as I was having my car repaired across the street at Buick GMC. Buick GMC made all the rental arrangements. I was told by Buick and my insurance company my rental would be waiting for me at Buick GMC, when I got there my rental car was not there. Prior to my arrival (the day of pick up) I had called Enterprise from my home to confirm my reservation I remained on hold for over 45 minutes, after I arrived at Buick GMC and after Buick GMC called them to have someone deliver the car, mind you I'm still on hold with Enterprise, 20 minutes later, a van arrives taking me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I'm still on hold. I finally arrive at Enterprise and guess what? No one has answered any phone calls coming into the shop as they are apparently "shorthanded". As I'm still on hold, and my name was called to the counter. The gentleman asks me are you speaking to someone and I said no I'm on hold here at your shop waiting for someone to pick up! Secondly, on top of that, I went to get my car at GMC Buick following the repair . There were still problems with my original vehicle. Buick told me they would extend my rental with Enterprise while they did the additional repairs at no charge. I'm now going on almost an hour and a half, still no car. I had another appointment which everyone knew about but it was still slow moving finally I'm at Enterprise and I get asked. Would you prefer the car? We just drove you back from the Buick to Enterprise or would you like an upgrade to an SUV my response was I don't give a shit I just need to get out of here. With that being said Will, the general manager said we are not gonna rent you a vehicle. After almost 2 hours of this I was done. I asked Will for his manager's name and he said he didn't know it. I said well then how do you contact your boss? He says I just go to the website! Run from this place they don't know how to treat their customers. read more

Really surprised by all the negative reviews. I had a pretty good experience with this branch. I was having my car fixed at the GMC dealer across the street. They set up a courtesy car at this Enterprise branch. I was looking for a particular car type and even though they didn't have it, they took the time to check in inventory at other branches which was very nice of them. Ultimately we could not find the car I wanted. The car they gave me was perfectly fine, and there were no issues with the pickup or drop off. Actually I was in a bit of a rush and they got me in and out both times in just a few minutes. Nice work enterprise, really appreciate the hassle-free experience. read more

Enterprise appears to be getting worse and worse becoming the least service centric rental company in South Florida. We "reserved" a car for last week while car was in shop and we called in advance and setup time and pickup. We called upon arrival at shop and called for pickup and called and called, no answer. Finally the acting manager answered and offered they had no cars, no pickup, and that reserved cars are simply "first come first serve". The dealerships porter graciously drove us over to see what may arrive if we did not want a pickup truck. Three parties were waiting, one since 3pm. (It was now 5pm) They gave us a much bigger unit as it came back and promised no additional charge. We then had to wait for 50 minutes while they washed unit. Mind you their car wash guy left to porter someone elsewhere and two ladies dressed as service had to wash cars inside till he got back. We would have simply exchanged a tank of gas upon return and had unit cleaned while in our possession. When we left at 6pm there were still 3 parties waiting for cars and business had turned away 2-3 including a dealer service manager locally. We also noted what appeared to be the GM, a nicely dressed woman (white Honda) hiding in back without helping at all leave for night, while other women were involved in cleaning cars after working check ins. Wow ! UPDATE : during rental period the truck locked up due to Fords alarm/protection. Would not start. Called for help and told that Roadside Assistance would visit BUT we had to pay for their visit. What ?? It's your truck and it failed, we are simply renters. Disconnected battery for 45 minutes and followed google key reset on our own. Truck had 60k miles and appeared to be in need of service as other service lights also came on including service 4x4. Truck was not in that mode either. Location wondered why we would not rate them perfect. Hmm ! read more

To say that this place is even a one star business is laughable. Ci had reservation through State Farm and confirmed vehicle and pickup TWICE in the morning ing of pickup day. They sent a driver to pick me up from the auto body shop. When I arrived, WAIT FOR IT.... They tell me they don't have any cars. Yes. You read it right. They literally confirmed all details AND sent a driver to pick me and take me to their office where they did not have a single car. Profoundly unprofessional group of employees who seem to be completely inept at every possible facet of their job. Took me up another location where they only had a damaged, dirty vehicle to rent. Tried to change the price on the reservation after all of this too. Staggeringly dim group of employees at both locations. read more

First of all, they made me feel like they were doing me a favor, not a valued customer, needed to leave quickly too,!they just cleaned inside halfway, then never let me know the previous rental must of smoked weed in car so I had to deal with that the whole two days.... Terrible customer service! I always rent with enterprise but this location is one to avoid. The manager was rude and condescending in his response to a simple request to rent a car I had reserved 5 min after they had closed. Something that would have taken 10 min for him to complete was too much for him to help a regular customer with .. That's the difference between good customer service and terrible. THERE IS A NEW MANAGER NAMED DAVID-- who needs to be trained on customer service. He is rude, obnoxious and cannot talk to customers at all. Disappointed and frustrated are understatements. My friend had reserved two SUVs and had spoken with Deeno the manager twice during the week prior to the morning we picked up the cars. It took us 20 minutes to get helped as the only two associates working were answering ringing phones and helping the customers who arrived before us. It seemed like more people needed to be there working to accommodate the reservations. Once helped, we learned the two cars she had requested were not on the lot. With a strong desire to get out of there as quickly as possible, we settled for a Hyundai Tucson and waited for the second SUV to arrive. After TWO HOURS from when we first arrived, we finally get the second car. What was infuriating was that we kept asking the gentleman at the front desk where the car was and he kept saying it would arrive any minute. Frustrated as ever after minutes turned into an hour, we asked where the car was coming from and we come to find out it had to be driven to Delray from Boynton Beach in morning rush hour traffic. It felt like we were being lied to when our expectations of the car getting there "any minute" kept getting pushed back. This lack of planning on Enterprise's part put us back two hours behind schedule and we had to drive to Savannah for a Bachelorette party. Very poor way to start the trip for the ten girls who relied on these rental cars. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the fellow at the front desk did discount us heavily as he should have after our poor experience. It felt like a discount came every 30 minutes on something because of all the errors and delays we experienced. It's a nice gesture but ultimately doesn't give us back our wasted time. read more

Had to schedule a rental when my car was getting a serious repair. I originally booked a crossover/SUV and actually they were able to provide an awesome Doge RAM 1500! Awesome upgrade! Very helpful on the phone and was able to assist with a minor error I had. I had a small issue with my rental that was quickly fixed with a simple call to this locations office! I went to the location Saturday and had the misfortune of dealing with Chris who claimed to be the manager. He tried to put me in a vehicle that I was told was cleaned, sanitized, and ready for pickup. The truck stank like someone had just smoked weed in it, the truck was also dirty. When I refused to take the vehicle the experience went downhill from there. Fast forward he canceled my reservation, kicked me off the lot, and told me he was calling the police. It is sad when a person that has concerns about a vehicle especially regarding a drug-related odor, that would be my problem if I took the vehicle into my possession, is treated this poorly. From reading these reviews it looks like the Enterprise counter staff prefers dealing with the Delray police department more than they like taking care of paying customers. read more

I had made a reservation in this location and unfortunately the vehicle they had available was not big enough for our family trip. after talking to customer service on the phone I was instructed to go to the Boca location where the had the vehicle I needed when I got there the sales clerk had a confused look on his face because he had no idea why they would send me there since there was no vehicles available. Once again I was on the phone with customer service who apologize for the waste of time and me driving back and forth and explain that they would escalate the issue to the District manager. 30 min later I got a call to go back to this location because they had a bigger vehicle which was not the case. Had a reservation in coal springs that was made by Audi for my car being dropped off. Reservation was for today i dropped of my car yesterday. I called them asked them if i could transfer the reservation to the Delray location. They said call them and make sure they had a car but you can do that. I called they had a car, said come on down. I got an uber and was there in 10 mins since its down he street. Went in to get car and the rep said no cant transfer reservations the women i spoke too was new ( and apparently untrained) and she shouldn't have said that . I said well the manger at the Coral Springs Audi said it could be done. He said well the real reason is that we are worried Audi wont pay them. Wow. Thats like.... sorry client we don't give a fuck about you. We are worried that a a fortune 500 company wont pay us or more likely it will take some time to get paid. Done with enterprise. Fuck them. Came in today at noon to turn in the truck i rented for a week. It was really fast to turn in and to check out. But that where the problems started; I asked for a ride home that is about 4 miles away. The check in guy told me that's about an hour wait, Ok. So I stand in line of about 6 customers, they all getting their cars picked up. While standing there 4 or 5 employees approached me and asked me what am I waiting for , and i replied "Need you to take me home" So, i stand there for another 45 min. now it's only about 2 customers in line. So, i decided to call Corporate office and ask them whats going on with that branch. Then i asked stocky brunet girl how much longer to which i got short and rude reply : " You know pick-ups and drop- offs are complimentary, don't you?" So basically she told me to shut up and wait or take a hike. 15 min. later I decided to take some pics for this and Yelp review and also asked for manager. A min later short chubby guy comes out and bluntly tells me to STOP taking pics and get the HELL out of his lot or he would call the POLICE on me! Again I asked for a manager and the chubby guy's name to which he replied: " My name is LEAVE! " OK, so Police got called in. In mean while the white pick up truck Ford F-150 that i parked on the lot got rented to Spanish guy with beard, who was standing next to me. The truck NEVER got cleaned or disinfected or even moved from the same spot until they flipped to another customer and before i was able to approach that truck , customer jumped from passenger seat into driver and was GONE! Needles to say I was busy talking to Corporate and the cops who just showed up. BTW, just yesterday I got tested for COVID-19, due to some respiratory symptoms and I was driving that truck while being sick for 7 days! I do NOT have the test result yet( takes 5 days) hope that Spanish gentleman with beard won't get sick because of negligent actions of the company employees. Hopefully that "manager" will be dealt with, since he has NO freaking IDEA what the manager is and instead of dealing with the customer and listen and find solutions he calls Delray cops! After having a reservation for two months when I arrived no cars were available, the staff was not helpful in providing information on how long I would have to wait for a car to become available. When I requested to speak to the manager named Foster, he was dismissive and when I told him I would contact the corporate office to complaint about their dismissive attitude and lack of help, he said I was threatening him and that I should stop video recording even though I was not recording anything. Then he walked away completely ignoring me and told me to wait and he would see what he could do. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and he never came back to inform me of anything. To my surprise, two armed police officers entered the lobby and asked me to leave the premises at the request of the supervisor. I was shocked because the Foster had not asked me to leave the premises nor had I acted in any threatening or obnoxious manner. Then I realized why he accused me to video taping before and called the police, he wanted a record against me so when my my complaint reached corporate he would have an excuse. read more

I truly can't say enough fantastic things about my experience at this location. I would give 10 stars if possible. Luxene Medastin is the sole reason. He picked me up promptly at a local Auto Body shop as previously scheduled. He easily walked me through the process of getting a rental I reserved. No hassles ... no delays.. no last minute problems. I was in and out in no time... he made the entire experience proceed like a well oiled machine. The place is run professionally it is immaculate. I was frazzled this was my first time renting a car but Luxene was very kind and answered all my questions before I even asked. In no time he was handing me the keys to my reserved rental car. I got a rental car here when my car was in an accident and being repaired. They were extremely busy when I went to get the car, but I actually didn't have to wait that long. When I returned the car, they weren't as busy, and I quickly returned the car and got a ride to the repair shop. The car was clean and nice and a lot like mine, and the employees were all extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this location! read more

WORST car rental experience I ever had. 1. No cars at arrival. 2. I'm offered to upgrade to an Infinity, which wasn't a free upgrade despite the fact that they messed up. 3. They finally find me a Kia Optima, They give me the car on empty (yes light was on). They claim they give the car as the last customer returns it. 4. Car had not wiper fluid. 5. With only 6k miles on it, it was pulling on the side. 6. Horrible cigarette smell all inside the car. VERY IMPORTANT 7. The rep offers me to get insurance for ~$21 (not sure what the package was) but when I decline he responds with "If you get it now I can give it to you for ~$17" Coem to find out later as I read the paper, it wasn't a deal, it was just a cheaper insurance with less coverage. read more

The reservation started when they called me at 8:30 in the morning to ask me if I still wanted my rental car for 11 AM. I told the representative that I did. They said no problem. I showed up at 11 AM and they had no cars. They told me it would be about a half hour because they were going to get cars from another enterprise. At 1pm they called me and told me they had a 2020 Toyota Camry that they were holding for me. I showed up at 2 PM and they said they cannot hold cars so They had a premium mini Cooper for me. Then they told me there was a nail in the tire of the Camry and that's why I could not get it. I did not want to mini Cooper. This was a waste of my day. Do not bother renting from here. They kindly offered to refund my money, that's pretty awesome considering I never got a car and I wasted almost my entire day. read more

For the love of god stay away, run as fast as you can..... I received a white Chrysler 200 LX with no gas, on E, dirty too. The cars are not even cleaned between rentals. Alex G came out with me to inspect the car, a few dings duly noted, Returned car in exactly the same way I received it. Manager Franz T inspects the car, says there are 2 dents in the roof, yes the roof. There were 2 small depressions on either side of the antenna, they were there when I received the car. Its a white car, they are very hard to see, now he says he has to make an accident report, maybe it "was from a basketball, what a crock of SH^&T. I used the car for 3 days to go to work and back, I live in a gated community, the car was in my driveway, I work in a building with the DEA, extremely secure, oh I did go to Passover dinner, maybe some 80 year olds left too-Jays and dented the roof.... I feel like this was a setup, I know it sounds stupid but I do..I called corporate, made a complaint, a regional manager is reviewing it, I have been a customer for years, I guess I will go next door to thrifty rentals for now on, This place is terrible,,,run away...fast Note: Took my complaint to corporate who had a regional manager call me, I got the deposit returned, two stars now, would of been 3 but for the agita factor. read more

This enterprise branch is trying to scam me. BE WARNED. The car I was renting from them broke down due to transmission issues I believe. I was stranded for about an hour before their tow guy came to get the car. Upon arrival, the tow guy told me "it's my first day on the job" and he couldn't even get the lift to work. He had me help him push the car into position. (I guess this is customary for enterprise!!!) the tow guy told me I could leave after the car was in position, so I went to the enterprise Delray branch where they made me wait for an hour and a half until I received a new car (which was never cleaned). I received no sympathy, no "sorry our car broke down on you", no "are you alright?". Later that night, I got a call from the same Delray branch that there was "a huge dent in the rear" which was not there when my car got towed. I never got in any accident and there was no dents or dings before the car got towed. They took my security deposit though they said they wouldn't. I have received no communication on the issue for a couple days now. Enterprise hasnt provided me with any details about the situation. Bottom line, look out for scams with this enterprise branch. read more

Stay away from this location!!!!!Called on a Sunday morning and also afternoon requesting to schedule a reservation for a TRUCK specifically and was told I could not make a reservation they were not accepting reservations..::: fair enough however they told me I was probably referred to their location simply because they had three trucks on the lot. He assured me he couldn't hold a truck for me but yet again calling an hour before closing time and being told they had three trucks somewhat assured me that when I showed up 15 minutes before they opened Monday morning there should probably still be one available. When I pulled in I saw one truck on the lot. When I went inside I requested the truck... but the associate told me it was reserved and he could not rent it to me.... ok well buddy you told me no reservations so why did this other person get to reserve this truck??? And if it was reserved during a time when you were accepting reservations you could have mentioned one of your three trucks were previously reserved. After doing some further digging and having to rent from someone else specially because I needed a truck. I found that they never had three trucks, and in fact that truck was not reserved previously but instead they refused to rent it to me because the rates at which my insurance company was paying for the truck were much much lower then they could have rented it for to someone else not needing it for an insurance related rental. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time with this specific location. As a matter of fact the Margate location was able to help me and they were extremely nice and respectful in dealing with me in an honest manor! read more

They did obtain one from a different location, but that cost us a valuable hour of our time. The vehicle was not properly cleaned out when given to us. Upon returning the vehicle, we accidentally left of portable Sunpass on the window. Called them two weeks later only to be told we throw out the SunPass tags left in the vehicles." Seriously? Soooooo I showed up at this location and the manager, Samuel Joseph, literally took one look at me and decided he didn't like me (maybe it is because I am a female? he was very friendly to his male customer before me...). I went up and asked for my rental car and he said I missed my reservation by 30min (I mean....seriously?) and that he would no longer rent me a car. I pushed on to ask why and he said there were "no more cars left"; I pointed to the other cars in the lot and he said that he couldn't rent those to me and told me to instead call corporate. I asked for their number and he couldn't for some reason seem to tell me the actual phone number even after I asked. When i was finally dialing corporate I said "this is idiotic" and he decided that meant I was calling him an idiot (if he doesn't know the difference between the two..... that's a problem hahahha) and then told me I was no longer welcomed there and he would not rent to me even if more cars came back into the lot. I drove 5min down federal highway to 959 SE 6th Ave location and was greeted by the friendliest staff there! They were strapped for cars and even made a point to accommodate me after hearing what happened at this location. Highly recommend bringing your business to this location instead, even if it is an extra 5min drive you won't be sorry! read more
