The van we rented was about a year old, in excellent shape. It was a Toyota Sienna, and even came with the 8th seat if we needed it. The customer service was excellent. They let us pick it up the night before so we could start packing the car. We were not pressured to get all the extra insurance coverage. The car itself met our needs very well and it was awesome to rent from a local company that we felt comfortable with. My husband has used Mike Albert for his company needs as well, and they have been great to work with in those transactions also. I highly recommend Mike Albert, and we will definitely return if we have any future local rental needs!

I have heard the new management of the company is laying off people and saying they are getting rid of their position when in reality they are putting the work load on other people that was not hired for that position without any incentive. Sound like the company is going down hill fast all do to greed . Not a company I would want to work for or give my business to.
