The forecourt is full of cars and there is a pressure washing unit in one corner to clean everything that goes in and out. To the right is their reception. This is where you book a car. The staff are helpful as they take a few details from you and add it to their pc's. After this has been done you can almost choose what vehicle you drive away with. Had a Master card and Visa. Agent said car looked uninsured to him (presented the policy I had bought) and card would need to be able to cover total car replacement. Even if I did have an Amex it wouldn't have a credit line to cover a car, and this wasn't the experience I was looking for after just landing from the US. Thankfully was able to walk down the Enterprise cabin and was met with a warm welcome and was able to drive off with a car. I have rented from them before and should have stuck with a company that I knew and trusted. Budget, you're going to lose business if that is truly your policy. Well done Enterprise, I shall never veer away again!

Service is good and they were very accommodating and have us a brand new car with less than 600 miles on it. The prices are reasonable and the only bug bear I have about most car rental places is the price they charge you for a GPS :-( I will use them again and don't mind that I have to go to an Avis counter to get the car.
