On arrival, my car was ready to drive off, and after a quick inspection I was on my way. The forecourt is full of cars and there is a pressure washing unit in one corner to clean everything that goes in and out. To the right is their reception. This is where you book a car. The staff are helpful as they take a few details from you and add it to their pc's. After this has been done you can almost choose what vehicle you drive away with. Cars are always in great condition and drive really well. Definetaly worth goin to to rent a car.

Had a Master card and Visa. Agent said car looked uninsured to him (presented the policy I had bought) and card would need to be able to cover total car replacement. Even if I did have an Amex it wouldn't have a credit line to cover a car, and this wasn't the experience I was looking for after just landing from the US. Thankfully was able to walk down the Enterprise cabin and was met with a warm welcome and was able to drive off with a car. I have rented from them before and should have stuck with a company that I knew and trusted. Budget, you're going to lose business if that is truly your policy. Well done Enterprise, I shall never veer away again!

Don't go looking for a Budget counter like we did only to find out you get your car at Avis and drop it off to Avis. Service is good and they were very accommodating and have us a brand new car with less than 600 miles on it. The prices are reasonable and the only bug bear I have about most car rental places is the price they charge you for a GPS :-( I will use them again and don't mind that I have to go to an Avis counter to get the car.

Advice to Avis; keep her, she should be employee of the month 8-)) On top she was very effiecient and I was out of the airport in no time. Also bringing the car back was no hassle at all. The guy inspecting the car, again, was very nice and very effecient, 5 min tops and I was on my way with all the information I needed. Thank you Avis Birmingham for your brilliant customer service, if only we would ahve the same kind of customer service here in Belgium.

I think that they are really nice people as they helped us with places to visit even though I am from this place they helped my friends with attraction and told alot with free entry and which had offers. They offer more than just a car rental service. When we gave the car back they checked the inside and outside with us to make sure or damages and if we left anything. Really nice as they gave us a voucher for 20 off next time we use them, I think they do this when you rent from them.

When returning the car I forgot to put in the petrol before taking it back. The lady behind the counter only charged me £1 a litre to fill it back up for me meaning my trip to Manchester and back only cost me £23! Bargain. Don't be put off by the grubby exterior/dingy office look of this pace the staff are great and the cars are pretty much perfect for short or long hires.
