eLAvate Management has consistently demonstrated unfair and unprofessional practices. They are…read moreuncommunicative, unresponsive, and rely on recorded messages rather than direct interaction. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. During our tenancy, they removed the washer and dryers from the property and left tenants without laundry facilities for weeks, offering no compensation for the disruption. Upon move‑out, they withheld a significant portion of our security deposit, deducting hundreds of dollars for repainting and cleaning despite the apartment being left in excellent condition. Our deposit was reduced by $700. A security deposit is intended to protect a landlord from actual financial loss due to damage or unpaid rent -- not to cover routine turnover costs or serve as additional revenue. Additionally, eLAvate offers no acknowledgment or appreciation for tenant referrals. The apartment we vacated was immediately rented to a new, vetted tenant at a higher rate, yet there was no recognition or thanks extended to us. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against renting from eLAvate Management.

I would like to give a special shout out to the maintenance team especially Daniel, the supervisor who is professional, clean and explains things very well.
