More often than not , appointments would be canceled because of the horror I would feel in that chair each time . He didn't like the way the tooth extraction was written & tried picking an argument with both of us. He was unsanitary & horrible attitude. We tried reporting it to his office, but they didn't care. They said "If you don't like it, don't come back" and hung up on us. I will try to add a photo of his disgusting "shoes" & feet (I really don't think you can even call them shoes anymore...?!).

He asked me exactly what caused my anxiety and then decided to divide up services into 2 appointments in order to get me in and out as quickly as possible. As long as you communicate what you need and what you are uncomfortable with, Dr. Litvinov will make sure he addresses your concerns. In addition, this is not an office that is buzzing with a ton of people. I love that it is in an intimate setting (his office is attached to his home), and that he is the only dentist there. When I was there, there were a total of 3-4 people there at all times. This provides a calmer experience. In addition, I went to this same office as a child and saw the dentist who was here before him--I never should have left! He is fabulous. Oh! And his admin--Judy--is super friendly and helpful. The eye doctor didn't know how to help me with an eyesight issue and told me to talk to my PCP instead. That issue is something he should've been able to help me with, after all, he's an eye expert. Another thing, is after I was rushed through my eye exam, waiting for the prescription and while waiting in the lobby... the male optician, Gene, tried to get me to look at frames when I couldn't see a thing. My eyes were dilated and he was trying to make a sale with me. How could I buy anything, see how the frames looked on me, if I couldn't see? I just don't get this place. The receptionist, Sara can be sweet, but she hasn't always been so sweet. During the pandemic my young child was with me and she said my young child couldn't come with me to the frames area. That they had to wait out in the lobby by themselves, without me. I was furious! How could she ask me to abandon my child, leave them out there alone? Breaking her "rules" was not acceptable. They have great frames that are cool and interesting, different from other places. But if the other parts are lacking, which they are, I won't be back. It's unfortunate.

He's a dedicated man to his profession and does excellent work. He can do anything with teeth. A true specialist to the profession and his patients. He has a great team that work with him. I've called a few times since then and have yet to receive a call back. I called today and was told I had a missed appointment fee.. even though I called prior to missing the appointment in the first place and never received a return call. In my opinion that is bad office etiquette...especially to a returning patient.. Before any of this happened they refused to take my insurance and said I had to submit the claim when they really should be doing that for you on your behalf. I will be finding a new dentist.
