(Confirmed by current dentist) (See photos)…read more This office needs to be should be shut down for malpractice. Please do not go here! She's not only rude and disrespectful but she RUINED my teeth. I had braces done here as a teenager. I was born missing a tooth and Anissi offered to leave a space open and replace it with a tooth on a retainer that could then be replaced with a permanent implant when I was older. This was over 10 years ago and Im 23 now. I've been to SEVEN dentists to try and get this fixed and none are able to bc the space she left was way too small for an implant. In addition she had such an aggressive treatment plan that my daughter roots of her teeth are now shallow and aren't even in the bone anymore. She moved everything too fast and too far. Well, after 6 yrs of looking and appointments, finally we found someone who can do it. But it will cost $14,000!!!!!!!!!! So now I'm just stuck with a metal wire going across the entire front of my teeth forever. I am beyond angry at this point. I'm honestly going to look into a lawsuit. Her absolute incompetence is astounding. She's abrasive as it is but I dealt with it bc she took my insurance. Not to mention how many times she berated me at ortho appts and insisted I get a deep clean aka scaling of the gums and when it bled she told me it wouldn't hurt or bleed if you brushed better. I didn't know any better. I assumed she's a professional in her field and maybe I just wasn't brushing well enough. I was wrong I would not recommend this office for any sort of dental work at any point for anyone.

I never thought I could get myself to write this but it has been almost 5 years now and I am ready…read more I walked into PDE dentist office at 21 years old with hopes that sedation dentistry would be a good option for me. I started having extreme panic attacks when needing dental work done due to a previous trauma from a dentist I went to when I was a child. It started off alright, I did a couple of cleanings there and they recommended a pretty harsh teeth cleaning regimen. I purchased this regimen and used it for a while to ensure I wouldn't get any more cavities. The dental hygienists that I saw were all wonderful. I chose to go to this dentist because I knew I had a cavity that would need to be addressed. When I got to PDE, they told me that not only did I have 1 cavity but supposedly I had 4 cavities in my front teeth. Which was weird to me at the time considering my regular dentist before this didn't mention 3 additional cavities. I was young and trusted their judgment since they are the professionals. Again, I may have had 4 cavities, it was just weird my other dentist didn't mention the other 3 when I was there. When it came to needing to address these 4 cavities, I asked for IV sedation. I was told that I would not need that level sedation for what I needed done. Getting a nurse to come in to perform the necessary duties for IV sedation would be difficult / expensive. I insisted that I would rather be knocked out due to my past traumas but the dentist insisted that I needed to have oral sedation and wouldn't remember anything. The day I got there, the oral sedation wasn't working. The dentist gave me another one to help but it didn't work as my adrenaline was pushing through the meds. I was crying, panicking, and the dentist continued. He drilled into my front teeth and I could feel the pain/pressure while it was happening. This 1 hour procedure ended up taking WAY longer than that due to me struggling and crying. I remember the whole thing very vividly and still have nightmares about it. When the appointment was finally done, the oral sedative started working since my adrenaline calmed down. At that point, I did relax thinking all of the pain and anxiety was over and dealt with. After the appointment issues: The dentist used a weird material (later found out it was a plastic) in my teeth that left a dark spot between my two front teeth that was extremely noticeable. For the last 5 years, I haven't wanted to smile or be in pictures. Shortly after having my teeth done, I was told by another dentist that not all the cavity had been removed and that the cavities were continuing around the plastic fillings. I finally had my teeth fixed by another dentist and the color FINALLY matches my normal teeth. The cavities were so bad due to my trauma from PDE and childhood dentist, that I almost needed a root canal. I was IV sedated and comfortable which is what I originally wanted from PDE. This was the easiest dentist appointment I have had to go to and I'm very thankful that they took my concerns into consideration unlike PDE. The only thing PDE did for me was kill my self confidence for the last 5 years, take a ton of my money that I ended up having to pay twice since they didn't get the cavities the first time, and give me so much trauma that I am unable to even walk into a dentist office without having a full blown panic attack. P.S. the pictures don't do it justice since I always had to have a filter on it.

From the doctor, dental hygienist and front desk receptionist ....every person we met exceeded our expectation. I look forward to having restorative work down the road, since that's what usually happens as most people age. I feel I am in competent hands. I'll keep you posted! Update 5/2019 - Warrants the 2 star rating from this date of service. After having a few experiences with this dental office my opinion has changed considerably. The first hygienist I had was very good but was not available on my appointment day recently. Knowingly of budget concerns they still applied a fluoride treatment without asking me for an additional fee of $39. I had already agreed to full mouth X-rays because she stated it was 11 years since my last set with my prior dentist. The reason we moved from our last dentist was because he recently retired. I found it hard to believe it had been 11 years, but couldn't clearly remember. They said I needed a tooth looked at but the dentist wasn't in that day. So they gave me a range to repair it of $149- nearly $1500 to fix the tooth. What???? They also were hesitant to make an appointment that didn't require the doctor to go ahead with fixing it after he would look at it. I have since cancelled all our appointments they have for us as we are going elsewhere! Also there is still staining left on my teeth and I was suppose to receive a list of toothpastes to not use due to enamel wearing. During my visit she mentioned she would give me the list and would give me some piks to use in a tooth that sometimes collects food. Neither occurred.

This…read moreplace is a fantastic place for my kids because the secretaries were very warm and very welcome to us when we first came for kids' appointments. They tell me every steps that I need to fill out and they gave my kids some colored paper and crayon box. So they can color the picture while I fill out the forms. It's perfect and easy to fill them out quick without getting any distractions. The dentist assistant came to get us and she talked to my kids about every step what she plans to do... it's amazing!!! My kids talked a lot with her and she was so extremely patient with them. They loved the new dentist place and you guys made our experience wonderful!! They have individual room for patient which is good because we all need some private. They have tv screen in the room so kids can watch while dentist and assistants check & clean their teeth! It's perfect distraction for them! I would recommend anyone who need to go to dentist and this place is a great place for kids and adults to go for their check up or need repairs or whatsoever.
