I have been going to Dr Denman for years. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I have never felt rushed or made to feel like my time is less valuable than his. Dr Denman takes the time to explain every aspect of my treatment , medication or self care. And, according to him I have never asked a bad question. He has always been open to me seeking a second opinion, in fact has asked if I would like to get one. Even gone so far as to explain the benefits of a second opinion. As two others reported below, the same billing error has happened to me now 4-5 months after the last time I saw them after they told me I did not owe anything and they also did not bill my insurance first. I reached out to my insurance and confirmed they told ent specialists that they cannot bill a dispensary fee which is what they are trying to bill me $1100 for now after my insurance paid them over $5,000 as agreed at the time of service. read more

Once there for the office visit, nothing was done to help my plugged ear and myringotomy wasn't thought to be helpful. Was told that my co-pay was complete for 2024, now, I get a bill for it. No wonder this location is hidden out of the way. read more

I had called for an appointment for a concern about my ear. The receptionist was very cordial and was able to get me in quickly. The P.A. took her time. She was great The lady who did the audio exam was very pleasant and explained everything to me. I was a first-time patient yet I was treated like I had been one. Forgive the play on words....but thus speaks volumes. Just wanted to say Grazzi Millie...Thank You. This office is amazing!!! I took my 86 year old Grandma here as she has hearing loss (who doesn't by 86?) and everyone we came in contact with was kind and helpful. The nurse who also helped us at checkout, Sarah, was great as I also made an appointment for my 87 year old Grandfather and she e-mailed me within a few moments to make sure we got his insurance info, which I appreciate as I may have forgotten to send. Dr. Sully was incredibly patient with my Grandma and professional, clearly experienced in his field. He had to remove some earwax from her ears (which she was very nervous about as her Mom had the same problem and said removal was very painful) and she barely felt anything, aka he was very gentle. We also talked about hearing aid options and he gave his professional opinion and didn't make us feel pressured to replace her current hearing aids. Thanks again for being so kind! read more

We have worked with Dr. Denman since my first needed tubes (she is now 10). Three kids with tubes later, we still point anyone looking for an ENT to him. I will say I was a little disappointed when calling to make a new appointment today. The lady who answered the phone was VERY rude and unapproachable. Dr. Denman just completed his fourth surgery for our family. We absolutely love him and the ENT specialist team. He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and cautious to recommend procedures that aren't necessary. I really hope that our time with him is done, however, if we have any needs in the future he will definitely be our top pick. I recommend working with him whether you have a young child/baby or as an adult. One thing that you should expect if scheduling a surgery with this group is that you need to pay the doctor's surgical fee prior to the surgery happening. read more

In 2015 ish I got hearing aids the first time. They were fine. After I had a kid I stopped wearing them. I decided this spring I should get my ears rechecked and get new hearing aids. I'm glad I did. Hearing aids have gotten so cool! I can now Bluetooth to EVERYTHING! Phone, yep. Car, yep. TV, yep. The 5000 Zoom meetings I now have with work at home, yep. Right in my ears!! No headphones. I also can hear things like a mostly normal person. Beeps were gone for me. I now entertain my husband as I ask what the heck that beep came from. I also can now hear how much more inflection there is in my 2 little girls voices. I had no idea! That one made me tear up! Beyond how cool they are, I had a great experience. Kruti was awesome. For some reason my insurance hadn't confirmed what they'd pay yet. She was super up front and explained she wanted to talk through it all and put a plan together od what I want based on what I think my insurance covers but would hold off on the order until we knew for sure. She worked w me through email after to ensure things were co ered as we thought and ti order exactly what I wanted. She is extremely patient and friendly. So easy to work with! For anyone on the fence, hearing aids aren't just for grandpa! I had no idea what I was missing. Hearing loss happens at all ages. Get them, wear them, you'll love them, I promise! read more

Waited an Hour!!!! Seriously? I usually do food reviews but this place deserves one for epic fail. It wasn't because the PA was busy as the receptionists kept saying, the guy didn't know I was there! When I would ask or they would see me pacing (as everyone had come and gone in the waiting room), they kept telling me he was very busy. Oh yes.."Very Busy". When I finally said to void my copay and I was leaving because i had to get back to work, they finally picked up the phone and asked him how long he would be. It wasn't the guys fault, I put it square on the receptionists who either failed to mark that I was there or if it was a computer glitch to follow up when I had been waiting there even 15 minutes. They should know he had no patients. I noticed when I left, neither one of them was anywhere around to even apologize. Disrespectful of my time. read more

Not only did they fit me in, but from the moment I walked through the door they treated me as if I was family. They listened to my problems, concerns and made me feel at ease. The doctor I seen here was ABSOLUTELY amazing, Dr. Denman. He was just great. Everything was perfect and wonderful, until I needed to refill my prescription (I got my tonsils out and was prescribed Percocet-which can only be filled during the week, not the weekend because it is a narcotic) I called Thursday to request a refill and was told someone would call me back shortly to let me know it was ready. I didn't receive a call back until Friday about an hour before close, which wouldn't have even given me enough time to get through traffic and drive there! BRITTANY from the front desk was rude and unprofessional and simply did not care that I would be without pain medicine all weekend. Instead she cut me off every time I tried to talk and showed no remorse that my prescription refill was put on the back burner and didn't get done in time. Ruined my entire experience here. read more

I cannot write a review about the doctors because I could never get an appointment from the nasty rude girl that answers the phone. She would not let me tell her what appointment times would work for me. She finally gave me an appointment 3 weeks down the road for a child with swimmers ear. When I tried to tell her what my child needed an appointment for, she kept interrupting me and could care less.They need to get rid of her so that they can get new patients.
