Parking is crowded, but one can usually find a reasonable spot. Extra care is provided for those who don't walk or need special care to approach and enter. This business is on the second floor and there is an elevator. I go to get allergy shots once a week, in the hope of attenuating them to a reasonable level. So far, so good. The staff and the doctors I've seen have been very good and very friendly. It's a big bonus. Obviously, I'll be back over and over again. :)

So to summarize: Ear Specialists negotiates a cut rate with Blue Cross to get the benefits of being an in-network provider. They then pass the cost of that agreement along to patients, which in every circumstance requires patients to pay out of pocket for hearing aids. Ear Specialists have this scheme. the claims specialist had never heard of any other in-network providers using similar contract schemes to recover the discounts they agree to provide beneficiaries.

He does good at prescribing $1000 medications but won't take the time to stay in the room to explain why he chose that and he won't call insurance to tell them why. To get them to call you, the patient, back is worse than pulling teeth. Two and a half weeks for a call back is extreme, unprofessional and uncalled for. Save your time and energy and find a real ENT. Oh, and they had time to mail a letter letting me know that 'I'm fired'. Haha!! Joker.
