Parking is crowded, but one can usually find a reasonable spot. Extra care is provided for those who don't walk or need special care to approach and enter. This business is on the second floor and there is an elevator. I go to get allergy shots once a week, in the hope of attenuating them to a reasonable level. So far, so good. The staff and the doctors I've seen have been very good and very friendly. It's a big bonus. Obviously, I'll be back over and over again. :)

My daughter was supposed to have tubes put in and he shows up 2 hours late for the procedure. If we would show up even 5 minutes late for an appointment we would be told oh sorry you are late you need to reschedule but he can show up when ever you feels like it. My time is valuable too. My husband had an appointment with him at our local clinic after sitting in the waiting area for an hour we get up and leave. The scheduler has the nerve to call us the next day scream at us for not showing up. Very very unprofessional

Sjulin, hopefully my time with him is almost up, I've been battling with strep throat since the beginning of this year and Dr. Sjulin just did a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, on me earlier this week. I have seen him 2 times prior to my surgery and liked him both times. He was very honest from the start, and did not pressure me one way or another to get the tonsillectomy done. Who knows if it was Dr. Sjulins magical medical skills or just luck but, the second time I saw him was the last time I had strep before having my surgery and I am pretty sure that was the longest time I went without having strep, after I saw him for it. The day of my surgery went well, I was a little annoyed and anxious before my surgery even with all the medication I was on to relax me because my surgery time was scheduled for 10:40 am and I did not get taken to the surgery room until 11:30, nobody told me they were running behind and so I was laying in the bed all set up for about an hour, and I'm a little OCD about being on time, but I know sometimes there isn't much you can do about it especially in a hospital. Before my surgery Dr. Sjulin came in to see me and asked if I had any questions, I said no and from what I remember it was a pretty quick visit, i was on a lot of medication so I really can't remember very well. That was the last time I saw him. I know after my surgery he went to talk to my parents, and he explained everything to them, and what to expect, and the best way to take all my prescriptions I would be getting. I will see him one more time, for my follow up appointment, and even though I really like him, I hope it is the last time I have to see him, but if I ever need an ENT doctor in the future I will be sure to see Dr. Sjulin.

When I called to make my appointment, I was told Dr. Ingram was in network with my insurance company. A few weeks after I was seen, I received a very large bill. I called my insurance and I was told Dr. Ingram was out of network. When I called his office, I was told again, Dr. Ingram was in network, but it is my responsibility to check my plan and they don't know anything about the plan until you get to their office. Although, when I called about my bill, they seemed to know right away why there was no coverage. I was also there a good 15 minutes until I was seen by Dr. Ingram, I could have been told then that my plan would not cover a single thing. My blood work was also sent to a lab that was out of network. This also happened to a friend of mine with her blood work, she was told it was covered and it was not. The office told me they will take 20% off my bill because that is what it would be with insurance coverage. If Dr. Ingram was in network, like I was told, and my blood work would have been sent to a different lab, my insurance would have paid 100% because I was seen for an office visit. If you are seen there, I would not count on them with your insurance plan.

I have been going here for 30+ years. Never had a problem until a few years ago. I have noticed…read morethat the place was going downhill. I should have left a long time ago but I thought I would stick it out until yesterday. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a medical facility. I am NOT IMPRESSED with Dr. Kim Joy's attitude. See my mother has dementia and I was in charge of bringing her into the examiner's office. Well I never got a reminder so I was 30 minutes late. My mom is in SERIOUS need of medical care. And I explained to them it was completely my fault that she was late so I wanted to reschedule. They gave me a BIG FAT NOPE!!!! The lady doing the scheduling was checking with Dr. Kim Joy to see if she would see my mother another time as I was desperate for her to get in to see a doctor asap since my mother was recently put in to my care. I was so upset after leaving yesterday. Pretty much going there my whole life and they are like one no show and poof, not going to see my mom. No compassion. No empathy. Nothing!!!! I really believe they just don't care anymore. And this Dr. Kim is new to the practice too. No thanks. The good thing is that I immediately got on the phone to find care for her and found an incredibly compassionate medical facility by the grace of God. I'm excited to be cutting ties with the Physician's Clinic and Dr. Kim Joy!!!!!

Today my insurance calls them to ask a question and they informed them that he isn't my Dr. & he isn't taking new patients. How am I a new patient? Oh well he did about nothing to help me or my health. He sent me to some rude clown across the hall at the foot and ankle place 3rd floor which had nothing to do with what I needed to be seen for. This place did nothing to help me, then when I had to go to Er, they would call me up and lecture me on going to ER. I wouldn't of had to go to Er had this place helped me. Plus this place fired my mother, God rest her soul after 40 years of working here, didn't even give her a retirement party or anything. Yet the other rude nurses who work here can sit around on their phones, while getting paid and shop for purses and play online, while getting paid. Nurses here are about rude. Service at this place has gone downhill with many of the good Doctor's leaving this place to go work some where else. The parking lot is filthy with cigarette butts all over, trash all over. Who really wants to go here any way. Basically just want office visits to get your money and do nothing to help you with anything.
