I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for an appointment. I only have two criticisms: late afternoon appointments can be hard to come by, and I usually have to book them months in advance. The other is that they can be very slow with medication refills. I'm not too fond of calling them and lighting a fire to get them to do refills promptly.

During the procedure, she makes if feel as if nothing is happening, it's weird cuz usually, it's at least a little uncomfortable. The office she is at in Bellevue is also very clean and welcoming. The only thing bad I can say about this experience is that I went at 1020 for a 1045 appointment and still was seen late. But anyways, that's minor because the service you get from Dr. Jones makes up a million times for it. She's a great doctor and I hope to be going to her from now on. Hopefully SHE doesn't move out of the state :)

The lobby is quite large and comfortable and the patient rooms are roomy and nice also. The front desk personel are very pleasant as are the nurses. I see Dr. Bossert and can't say enough good things about him. He always has time to listen to you and explains things in terms you understand. He always has time for questions. He is very upbeat and full of energy and is an amazing doctor. Heather is one of his nurses and a special shout out to her for her compassion. She comforted me through a procedure that I was extremely nervous about and helped me get through it. Thankful for her as well!! I would recommend Dr. Bossert and his team to everyone.

Dr. Anne Sullivan should not be performing hysterectomies. Her surgery left me with organ prolapse,…read morebladder damage, and severe internal injuries. Mayo Clinic surgeons have told me directly that this outcome was caused by poor surgical technique. She also left an ovarian cyst inside me and shortened my vaginal canal so drastically that I'll need multiple reconstruction surgeries and a skin graft. The pain and cost have been unimaginable -- each Mayo consultation is $3,000, and this process will take years. Dr Ann Sullivan refuses to respond, refuses accountability, and blames the patient when her work causes damage. She lists herself as a "specialist" in these procedures, but my experience and medical evaluations say otherwise. Patients deserve to know what they're walking into. I wish I had.

I had a miscarriage at my own home, had health insurance at the time through BCBS and apparently she couldn't be bothered to get my copay/deductible set up, even though I had the card at time of the appointment and I know my insurance covered checkups with a copay. I had to pay for the visit out of pocket. In a time of emotional anguish, she chose to not help me.

My previous OB/GYN had dismissed my abdominal pain as "probably just cramps" but it wasn't cramps and it never went away for months. It got worse and worse. I felt that I probably needed a second opinion, so I scheduled an appointment with the Physicians Clinic Women's Center. My first appointment with Dr Lange was such a relief. I felt vindicated. She listened to me, took me seriously, and when I was done describing my problem, she immediately sent me over for an ultrasound. She found that I had a massive dermoid cyst on one of my ovaries. She scheduled a laparoscopic surgery and took out the fist-sized ovary through a tiny incision in my belly button. Upon biopsy, it was found to be cancerous and had just recently turned malignant. It hadn't had time to spread yet. She explained everything to me in great detail and made sure that I understood all that she was telling me entirely. She is attentive, kind, and compassionate. The funny thing was, she was really stoked about the tiny belly button incision healing perfectly and leaving no scarring. I honestly couldn't have cared less about whether I had a scar or not! I was just happy to be alive! This amazing Dr. saved my life! I have been a patient of hers ever since and I definitely recommend her without a doubt to anyone who is looking for an OB/GYN.
