I have…read morebeen seeing Dr. Schroeder for many years and could not be more pleased with his new office and staff. Staff at doctor's offices are a big thing for me. The person answering the phone, scheduling your appointment and greeting you when you come in, say a lot about a company so why should healthcare be any different? The ones who answer the phone and greet you at this office are amazing. My favorite is Jeff. He is so nice, jokes around with me and is easy to talk to. I don't dread calling in there because I know he will take care of me. Then once I go in, it is always a very pleasant experience. Dr. Schroeder is so wonderful. He listens to you, sympathizes and also makes sure to educate you on the whys, dos and don'ts of things. He doesn't make you feel bad about yourself for things, but rather tries to offer solutions and education on how you can change those things yourself or tips on how to help it. Seriously if you are looking for a new primary, he is the one for you and his fabulous office staff will take care of you like one of their own!

Cassie takes a more holistic approach to her patients which I was wanting. She looks at natural/alternative as well as modern medicine. But she looks at what is best for each patient and situation. She listens and asks great questions to really get the complete picture before discussing care options. Our health is a journey, not always a quick fix, and Cassie sees that. Very ill, my new boss requested a medical note (something I'd never requested before) as he wanted…read moreme on a project. Moseman took an X-ray, saw nothing & said she didn't feel "comfortable" writing a note. Spouse caught it from me & his M.D. wrote both a prescription & a note for 5 days off work. Six weeks later, project over, I went back & Moseman took another X-Ray: "Oh! Look at that! There were spots developing on your lungs & I missed them on the first X-Ray." (How could SHE miss them when I could clearly see them on the 1st X-ray????) Pulmonologist she referred me to, based on a "breathing" test said he saw nothing wrong. Switched to UNMC & then Methodist, where two different pulmonologists ordered MRIs confirming permanent (& inoperable) damage to my lungs. I have a chronic, debilitating cough that has dramatically impacted my life. I would NOT recommend this doctor.

I've moved around a lot for school / college so I've had my fair share of Doctors that only see me…read moreonce or twice. I really LOVE Dr Law!! She's young and knowledgeable! Great listener doesn't shoot down my ideas or tell me that there's a better course of treatment. Instead she gives me all my options including pros and cons and lets me decide from there. Every now and then I'll be concerned my insurance won't cover something - a sub-dermal birth control for example. Her staff called my insurance company before the procedure and made sure I was fully covered or else inquired on prices and such. Recently I had a med check for my ADHD medication - should have taken a few seconds to chat then she would re RX my meds and I'd be on my way. Unluckily//Luckily I found a suspicious mole two days before my appointment but she checked it out on the spot in their surgical procedure room. Suspicious mole was numbed, removed, and sent to the lab for biopsy. WOOT WOOT!! The entire office is great! Love their facilities and staff!!
