That is not true as my call lo from my cell provider prove only one call was made 5 minutes before the cancellation email was sent. They canceled as I did not confirm my appointment. my deposit should have been confirmation enough first of all. Second you need to allow more than 5 minutes for a person to return a call. Now I have paid a deposit, moved my patient schedule around to have the day off, paid money to rent a car for the 4 hour trip to Omaha, as my car is electric and I didn't want to have to deal with locating chargers all to have no appointment. This Michelle person had someone else in mind for my appointment time as it was apparently already full with someone else in the 5 minutes it took for me to return her call.

Although the surgery itself was a success, what happened afterward was unforgiveable. Against my brother's wishes and during a terrible ice and snow storm, he released him only hours after surgery without an adequate dosage of pain killers. Because of the storm, they were not able to get out of Omaha safely and had to rent a motel room! The next day when they finally made it home, his pain was so severe he had to be admitted into an emergency room in the town they live. There they administered the appropriate pain killers and kept him overnight for observation. I would not want someone else to be put in such a situation, so I am submitting this review.

The dentist wasn't present for a full exam but somehow I'm being billed out of pocket when this has never happened before. The tech (or hygienist) asked me if I wanted an x-ray and I said I would as long at was covered by insurance. She assured me it was. It's been difficult to have a reasonable conversation with the billing specialist and come to a resolution. I've been dealing with this for over a year. I hope it's worth it for them to lose me and my wife as clients for something silly. Hopefully my next dental provider will be staffed with a dentist for my exam. I don't think that is an unreasonable expectation.
