I'm not talking about a few hundred dollars I'm talking about a few thousand dollars. A 15 minute phone conversation was over $200 and i got a bill for $171 for a blood draw. They are billing me for procedures that took place over a year ago. I don't even answer the phone when i see it's CHI on my cell phone. My wife and i both agreed to find a different provider. That being said that i will finish paying off my CHI bill in 2031. Completely down with CHI Health. 1/2 star

I think it's a bunch of crap they have them in there and there's no reason they have to scan patients when they especially when they are in vulnerable positions, yes it is a doctor on the other line of the scanning, however, things get hacked so much that there is no way that they can tell if that is being hacked or not so your naked ass could be projected everywhere I want the person fired did mine, and I also want the cameras removed from the room, not going to stop till they are. Great listener doesn't shoot down my ideas or tell me that there's a better course of treatment. Instead she gives me all my options including pros and cons and lets me decide from there. Every now and then I'll be concerned my insurance won't cover something - a sub-dermal birth control for example. Her staff called my insurance company before the procedure and made sure I was fully covered or else inquired on prices and such. Recently I had a med check for my ADHD medication - should have taken a few seconds to chat then she would re RX my meds and I'd be on my way. Unluckily//Luckily I found a suspicious mole two days before my appointment but she checked it out on the spot in their surgical procedure room. Suspicious mole was numbed, removed, and sent to the lab for biopsy. WOOT WOOT!! The entire office is great! Love their facilities and staff!!

I am on a medication that has awful side effects if you miss a dose, so I always request my refills at least 4 business days before his day off, to give him plenty of time to print and sign the prescription. Twice last year, despite my having give him more than 4 days to process my refill, he did not. I went two days having to suffer the effects of not having my medication. This last time I was quite upset at this horrible patient experience and his office was not returning my calls, so I went to Twitter and started commenting on how CHI sucks - because I know they monitor those tweets and you will get action by doing so. A month later he sent me a certified letter "firing" me as a patient, noting my "outrageous and unacceptable" behavior the last time I was in his office. I hadn't been in his office for 6 months. In the letter he also banned me from seeing ANY other physician at the Lakeside CHI family practice. I don't know if he suddenly got a brain tumor or what - but I do NOT recommend him as a Dr.

From scheduling to billing, they make everything extremely easy. Aside from the top notch care, my absolute favorite part is that I have never had to wait for an appointment for more than 5 minuets. When I get there and get checked in, they are ready for me within minutes!
