First, there have been persistent and unresolved paperwork issues. The front desk repeatedly failed to provide my insurance company with the correct forms, forcing me into an exhausting back-and-forth between the insurance provider and the clinic. As a patient, I was left to manage problems that should have been handled competently by the office staff. Second, my experience with the billing department was equally troubling. Although I was making consistent weekly payments, I was told that I was not paying the remaining balance quickly enough. I was given an ultimatum: either pay the full balance immediately or they would stop providing my medically necessary injections. Holding medical treatment hostage despite active payment arrangements is both unethical and distressing for a patient. Another serious issue involved a clear bait-and-switch. I was led to believe that my required medical injection would be provided for a $15 fee. As soon as I paid the fee, they applied it toward my outstanding balance instead and then denied me the injection, directly contradicting what I had been told. Finally, after completing bloodwork, I was left completely without communication or explanation regarding my results. I called multiple times and left messages that went unanswered. Instead of receiving my results, I was sent a final notice for payment, stating that if I did not pay, the account would be sent to collections. I left a message clearly stating that I was more than willing to pay once my bloodwork results were explained to me--but once again, I received no response. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing experience marked by poor communication, billing pressure, and a lack of basic patient care and accountability. Lack of communication regarding bloodwork results: After completing my blood panel, I received no follow-up or explanation of the results. I normally see Carmen, but have seen two others when he wasn't available. Just like all the other people on this review site, I waited 2 weeks for someone to call about my 6 month labs. No one called, told to log into portal, needed another two calls to get that figured out. Had more problems speaking to someone there and getting a nasty person on the other line. Told Carmen about this. Been going there for 20 years and if it weren't for Carmen, my entire family would stop going to Bellevue Family Practice in Bellevue. I pray that my experiences in the future are like the ones I experienced with Jane so I can come back to this site and give Bellevue Family Practice a much better review.

I am not a fan of x-rays and was assured that they are "safe". Then the crash were taken while I had my old work boots on (more to follow on that). After telling my wife that her spine is all outnof alignment because of an injury that occurred 30 years ago, which they determined with running a wheel up her spine, they told me that my old injury is causing e issues as well, even though they wheel thing (hooked to a computer) showed nothing in that region. Upon my questioning that, I was advised that it's an old injury (9 years ago) and wouldn't show up anymore..... hmmm very contradicting to their previous statement about my wife's injury. This was followed up by come back next week to look at your x-rays. We come back and were told to sit in a group presentation setting with a pushy sales pitch why they are the best and all the money we spend here will help.us with our deductible so our other doctors visits could almost be free, all this while telling us if we get "aligned" here for the rest of our lives we wouldn't need other doctors except for emergencies.... weird again right?!? Then finally into a private room to meet with the owner who shows us the x-rays and says our hips are not even - did I mention above that our feet weren't even on the ground and we both as mentioned above weren't wearing good shoes/boots, so of course there's a good chance our hips may not look straight if our feet weren't evenly on the ground. Next was another sales pitch of just spend over $5,000 in the next 12 months with us and we will see.what we can do but can't guarantee any results as your bodies have old injuries and may not take the treatment. Let's not forget here comes the family discount of $800 and another $300 off if we pay up front... Finally came the final push I was waiting for, as a salesman of 20 years. "Is the money a problem on your decision to move forward?" SERIOUSLY!!!! You have no idea of my finances and the fact if I can pay 3 years of "alignments " or need to pay by the week is none of your concern after meeting me for 15 minutes and only caring about getting paid instead of focusing on your treatment plan. This was followed up with pushing us into our first "alignment" for another 5 minutes. As if I wasn't on the fence once we hit the constant contradictions and group sales presentation! This is a definite NO for me as I felt like a dollar sign to them and not at all concerned about "healing "my body. We will gladly find a chiropractor that cares about the craft and not just hearing the cash register ring...

This little clinic serves a lot of functions! Not only that, but there is ample amounts of parking AND, the best part, you don't have to wait FOREVER to see your doctor. I've seen my PCP here a few times for colds, physicals, you know, whatever you need to see those doctors for. Dr. Wenzl is super cool and very thorough. I never have any problems getting an appointment and the nurses and medical assistants that work there are super friendly as well. I also see a physical therapist there now and they are so nice too! The physical therapy department here kinda gets a little busy, but they do try to accommodate people's hectic schedules. In all, Creighton Family Healthcare is convenient, it has ample parking in their parking lot, friendly doctors, nurses, etc. Definitely worth a try.

The person answering the phone, scheduling your appointment and greeting you when you come in, say a lot about a company so why should healthcare be any different? The ones who answer the phone and greet you at this office are amazing. My favorite is Jeff. He is so nice, jokes around with me and is easy to talk to. I don't dread calling in there because I know he will take care of me. Then once I go in, it is always a very pleasant experience. Dr. Schroeder is so wonderful. He listens to you, sympathizes and also makes sure to educate you on the whys, dos and don'ts of things. He doesn't make you feel bad about yourself for things, but rather tries to offer solutions and education on how you can change those things yourself or tips on how to help it.
