This doctor is the one who helped me with my migraines, by helping get me a stem unit. He has also given me injections to help with the pain in my back and hits the mark every time. The office experience is good, they always keep me informed as to why it might be taken longer than expected. Usually because he has alot of patients that do depend on him to help them. So for me I have no complaints about my experience with this clinic or the doctor. He is down to earth and treats me like a person not a paycheck or number. So I go to this location (North location) because it's closer to my house. Recently I found out that I was charged double for my last treatment so I went there to ask about it. The first response I got from the person that charged my card (and I believe is handling their accounting side) was that the transaction wasn't exist in their system. Dr Nilles and his wife were away that week so they told me that they will ask them for this charge when they're back and that they will give me a call. The following week, I had to go to the location myself to get answers. I was treated poorly (because I wasn't there to get treatment). The same person made me wait for over 15 minutes just to admit that they did charged me double and that they have credit me back the $$ in my account. I wasn't happy with it because basically she lied to me at the beginning, and instead of trying to explain & apologizing for what happened, she made me wait that long with my kids and treated me differently while doing so. She wasn't even showing any respect to me or being apologetic about the whole situation. I was disappointed with Dr. Nilles for the way he handle my complaint as well, he thought just by crediting me back the $$, everything is good. And the worse of all, is that NOT a single apology came from either of them. I maybe just a customer that comes in once a month, but I believe I deserve to be treated the same way like any other customers. It's not about the $$ but it's about taking responsibility for the integrity of your employees and how you take care of customer outside of the treatment room. Will never coming back!
