I was highly disappointed. I am happy that I offered to help setup so that I could see what they do. We were allowed to come in 3 hours before the party to decorate as she choose to decorate herself. As we are decorating, the lady is putting the place settings down. On one table she just has all of the spoons, forks and butter knives just laying on the table as she's bringing them out. As she's placing them in front of the chairs on each table, she's touching each piece where people's mouths will be with her bare hands. No gloves or anything. The food was not good. I do not know if they have changed caterers or what because as I said this was many years ago when I had my party but the food was less than appetizing. The food consisted of baked chicken (which did not look completely cooked at all), yellow rice (which had no flavor) and potatoes (these were actually ok). I tasted a bit of each and decided I didn't want anymore. Which was a huge issue as I am 8 months pregnant.
