As an Enscicon employee, I would NOT recommend that anyone should go
to work for this company. They will sell you an idea to make tons of
money and have great success. They make you work at least 60 hours a week, come in on weekends and work holidays on very minimal salaries because they
tell you that's what it takes, even though the average market salary
for a recruiter is much higher everywhere else without those hours.
They employ recruiters with no experience so the recruiter doesn't know the market rate for recruiters.
The HR and Sr Accountant (which they call the CFO) make large salaries
and great bonuses while the recruiters/account managers bringing in
all the money are not paid well. HR is not actually HR they are an
extension of management. You can't feel like HR is on your side or any
complaints you have that they will work with you. They will just go
straight to management and it will go in one ear and out the other.
There has been major turnover this year, which averages out to well
more than 1 employee a month in 2012. They will make up excuses on why
the recruiter left instead of looking at what the company could do, in
order to have a bit more employee retention. The recruiting industry
does have high turnover but this is much higher than average.
Lastly, when you do decide to move on they will take all of your
commissions you are owed with placements you have already made and
will also take your sick time away.
You are a dime a dozen at this company that has more turnover than a restaurant.
Do not work here. Or if you do, you know what you are getting into. read more
