They were very helpful at first and immediately called me in for an interview. I was asked to do this weird video of myself so potential employers could see it... very odd. I was in touch with two employees: Kathleen and Desiree. Both women were nice during my visit to the office and hopeful that multiple companies would want to hire me. After my visit, I never heard back from either employee. I emailed and called multiple times and neither one of them had the decency to contact me back. I was extremely nervous because they had copied my driver's license and social security card during my interview. I ended up working with another staffing company called Lakeshore and they are AMAZING! I had several job offers within a couple weeks. Placed me in a company that was not a right fit(I literally did nothing all day at work. The company only had a about 30 minutes a day of stuff for me to do and the rest of the time I stared out the window). I called and told them the situation, Lindsay said she would call me back. Instead they called my employer even though I wanted to be the one to talk to the company. It made it really awkward. Then Lindsay told me to hang in there and was "surprised" when I quit. Then they called me with a horrible attitude talking down to me. WILL NEVER work with them again!!! read more

I worked with Ultimate between July 2017-March 2018 and I was always very satisfied with their assignments. Desiree is great to work with and always made sure the assignments were something that I would feel comfortable with. The whole team did a great job finding positions to fit my experience and finding temp work in between interviews for permanent positions. I would highly recommend Ultimate. The video interview seemed weird and awkward but it is optional. I still found that the video was worth it, but anyone feeling that the video is a dealbreaker can always decline. read more

They are liars! I should have known when Oren and Shayla called me to complete post hire paper work that I had already submitted days prior that they didn't have their act together! I have been waiting for my first paycheck for now two weeks.I was told that it would be sent to the office on the original payday then was told that it was mailed to my home. It has now been eleven days and Ultimate is in possession on my check and they still have yet to pay me although I have requested a stop payment several times. Instead of being assisted to get paid Oren told me that he needs to be assured that the check has not been received. Its a shame that I worked the long hours in good faith and now I am fighting my employer to be compensated. read more

I had the hardest time switching careers until I stumbled across Ultimate. When you have devoted your life to the educational field, it's pretty hard for other careers to take you seriously. This is the first time I have felt the urgency to commit to writing a review in my life. Ultimate Staffing can possibly get the job done. If you are looking for a job and you have the assertiveness needed in job hunting then they can assist. I was originally interviewed by Lindsey Lessard. She was extremely cordial but unfortunately left on maternity leave. I was not contacted for the next couple of weeks until I became assertive and reached out to Ultimate Staffing on the 3rd week of no contact. I was then informed that Lindsey was out on Maternity leave and I had a new team member I reported to named Desiree Diaz. She approached the new connection uneasy and didn't provide detail orientated information about the position such as contract end date. I advised her that the workload has increased since I started and that I was interested in discussing possible salary negotiations. Her response to that topic was,"Well how much were you making before you moved here to Denver?" What does that have to do with the cost of tea in China? The response I recieved for contract end date was "The End of Summer". I asked for specifications on "End of Summer" and was not explained what that was. Eventually after multiple conversations and emails we were able to get on the same page. I have since gained full time employment through my assignment with Ultimate Staffing after the assertiveness and detailed questioning tactic used so my rating of 3 stars is based on the end result of me finding full time employment with Ultimate's assistance but the manner it took to accomplish this goal. I had a fantastic experience with Ultimate Staffing! I was at a job that promised an ability to grow quickly for a great pay off if I took a pay cut now. I took it hoping they they were right. I never even got to start training. So there I was at a dead end job that wasn't paying the bills. I had applied to endless jobs. I was on evey job search site with no success. Then out of the blue Oren with Ultimate called me. He told me due to technical errors he couldn't even read my application just my conact info. Even so he decided to give me a shot and called for a brief phone interview. And after that he called me in for the real thing! Im in the springs and they just happend to have a denver company looking for someone for their springs office. I was switching to a different feild so I didn't have a whole lot of experience with this job specifically but all the elements were there and he decided to give me a shot on assignment for Guy Floor Services as their Receptionist. Around 5 months later I have been officially hired by Guys! I love it! Its a great environment with great people and very good pay. And all this from someone who cared enough to give me a chance when so many others wouldnt. Oren is literally a life saver. I would not lasted much longer financailly without his help.
