Do not use Aimhire! They are absolutely terrible. As a recent college graduate I was looking for help finding a job that would fit in with my qualifications. Aimhire found me a temporary position, which I accepted, with the understanding that the position was nearby and would last approximately 3 months or more. Not only was the position an hour away, but it only lasted 6 days. When I discussed the issue with the recruiter she didn't seem to care, she just responded saying that now I had something to put on my resume. How do you put a job where you spent 6 days on a resume??? Additionally, I had to significantly cut back on hours at my other job to take this opportunity. I was not able to get all of my shifts back after my temp job was over. Through this process Aimhire cost me both time and money; I would never recommend this agency to anyone. My word of advice to anyone who uses this company, be careful and have a backup plan! Aimhire will do what it takes to staff a position but at the cost of its employees. read more

We moved to Colorado a year ago. At the time I was employed but quit after 2 months for various reasons. I have worked with this agency for over a month now and had contact with at least 1 recruiter every week. I wasn't able to take every assignment but they kept me in their list and always considered me where they saw fit. I have been working a 4-day assignment which has now turned into a 3-month position. This is thanks to my recruiter's relationship with the client, my hard work during this short-term assignment and interesting timing of events. The only thing worth noting are, most assignments are in Denver. I made a personal decision to do a longer commute (Broomfield) for this duration because of the experience I will gain from this short assignment. It will put me in a better place to find a permanent position as an Executive Assistant and one day, entrepreneur. I would highly recommend AimHire to anyone as long you are willing to put in the hard work like you would at your "real" job. read more
