I would rather write good things, but have come to see that people should be warned when a company is just doing bad business. The Senior Recruiter/Account Executive at PSS is very unprofessional. Interviewed me for a position in August, 2015. Expressed that the client was looking for three people to interview, and I made the third. I was told at the interview if I didn't hear from her in a few days, to call her. Which I did, but was told she was with a client. Left a voicemail, and she responded to me by email. It is now the end of October, 2015 and I just accepted a job offer despite the fact that I really wanted the job I interviewed for. Every time I called, I was told the same thing, she was with a client. I NEVER spoke to the Senior Recruiter, via telephone, AFTER THAT INTERVIEW. She rejected any and all calls. I feel I was strung along, with no explanation whatsoever for the delay in the second interview. I was always told, "job interview window is next Thursday or Friday", or "next Monday or Tuesday". It was ridiculous. I waited for the second interview with the client for over two months. I sent the Senior Recruiter/Account Executive a personal email expressing my feelings about the unprofessional attitude, sharing some personal things, and also letting her know that I would accept a job offer today if the interview wasn't scheduled last week. I never even received any kind of reply whatsoever to that email. You would think after two months of communication you might get an email back thanking you for the major time wait, or wishing you the best of luck. The only way to reach the owner is through her. Accountemps use to be good years ago, but now they have gone the same way as most businesses... if you don't have a degree you're pretty much out of luck, which is pretty bad since they are in the business of finding you a job. Even though my experience far exceeds a degree, I do not have that document in my grasp yet. When they assumed I had a degree my phone was ringing off the hook several days in a row, but once they found out I don't have a degree, but it's a work in progress, my phone hasn't rang since! That's very bad business service in my opinion. I will continue to keep looking on my own and IF they call me I will consider what they have to offer, but as of right now they are offering nothing because of a piece of paper that I am only half way through obtaining. C'est la vie!

I did the assignment and I thought I left in good standings with this agency but I guess I was wrong! I recently got laid off again by another company through another temp agency and I thought since my current assignment is about to end with this agency "why not give Robert Half" a call? Well, one of their recruiters reached out to me and I was in the middle of work in my current assignment and told that recruiter that I would call them back because I was in the middle of work. When I did try to reach out, not only was I not able to get hold of this recruiter she completely "ghosted" me altogether! No response, no return calls just nothing! REALLY really??? This is the level of unprofessionalism that is being practiced at this agency? I called the agency again and was confronted with a very rude receptionist and was basically told that if I didn't have an appointment with any of the recruiters that I shouldn't be calling! Well, congratulations Robert Half if your idea of hiring candidates is to ignore them when they are looking for work you've succeeded! This agency is the EXACT REASON why candidates looking for work are fed up with employment agencies! If you are a business professional STAY AWAY from Robert Half this agency SUCKS!

I've never heard of any business charging you to view the product before you purchase. I was happy I reviewed it because they misspelled a name. That would have been a disaster if we shared that. They charged us to fix their misspelling and then charged us to review it again. You have to pay 15 dollars to know if they spelled names correctly. That is kind of messed up. They are the cheapest company in town, so it may be worth it....just be aware of this practice.

First off, I'm new to the state of Colorado and was looking for work. This was my first time…read moreworking with a Staffing agency, so admittedly, I had no idea what to exactly to expect. But I figured why not use a Staffing agency while also looking and applying for jobs myself. It couldn't hurt. But boy, I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME! I wish I would have used Express in Lakewood 3 weeks ago! Stacey Gallatin and Zach Felten really went above and beyond in not only making sure that the company was a right fit but also the position too! They went above and beyond in representing me to my future employer. Then, to top it all off, Stacey was CONSTANTLY following up with me after every interview I had with the employer to see how it went, if I enjoyed it, if I could see myself working there, etc. She really made me feel like she cared! At this point, my only regret is not having worked with Stacey and Zach at Express, Lakewood a lot sooner. But things happen for a reason, so I cant complain. I think I could honestly say that if anything were to happen down the road and I needed new employment that Express in Lakewood would be the place! Thank you Stacey and Zach for your help!!
