We've seen them come and we've seen them go, but I know a few people who have been working here with me almost as long. These people are professionals who enjoy an ever-changing atmosphere of work possibilities and connections. The Premier Group can be looked at as a temp agency if your goal is to get connected to a big contractor. However, I have personally found that the freedom I enjoy with Premier might not be available with other contractors. Furthermore, it means a lot to work for people who care about their employees. I have personally experienced this from The Premier Group several different times in my years working for them. They listen to their employees and are forever making changes to adapt to the ever-changing world and economy. How do you put a job where you spent 6 days on a resume??? Additionally, I had to significantly cut back on hours at my other job to take this opportunity. I was not able to get all of my shifts back after my temp job was over. Through this process Aimhire cost me both time and money; I would never recommend this agency to anyone. My word of advice to anyone who uses this company, be careful and have a backup plan! Aimhire will do what it takes to staff a position but at the cost of its employees.

When you walk into a new place and your asking someone you don't know to help you find your dream job, it's really comforting when the front desk staff smiles, offers you a drink, and complements your shoes. Natalie met me in the waiting area and showed me to a cozy, professional meeting room. Natalie possesses the innate ability to put anyone at ease. During our interview I felt more like I was meeting with an old friend rather than trying to sell myself to an uninterested corporate employee. A few days later I met with Melissa who thoroughly prepped me for the high quality job interview Lakeshore was sending me out to the next business day. This is clearly Defamation of Character & bald faced lies. I can't drink because of a reaction to Alcohol. I am a Surg Tech at many Hosp thruout the country. My husband is a retired Gen Surgeon. We are well known in Denver. I am appalled to have been spoken to in that fashion. Yes, there are many other temp agencies, but Anthony F can attest to my integrity, appearance, etc. Wish I could find him. Oh then they use that 'old excuse': we don't deem u are a good fit.
