We ate here after finding our pizza place of choice was closed until later in the afternoon. The pizza was very average. The toppings were pretty good, and the edge of the crust was nice and crisp, but the bottom crust was very soft and tasted soggy. There was a tip jar at the ordering counter, which was fine, but they also had plastic glasses on the table which said something like "If you liked the service, please leave a tip, if you didn't, please let us know". I don't remember the exact words, but it was something like that. Basically, it was saying either put money in the jar, or talk to us. We already put money in counter jar, but this almost made us feel obligated to leave more. Inappropriate in my opinion. read more

Stopped in after visiting Mount Rushmore with my parents. Walk in and there's 1 table of people that had just ordered ahead of us. We order then sit down. 3 more tables order and who would you think gets their food first? The answer LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE. So after the last table of 6 get their food I go back to check on how much longer. The kid behind the counter notices that the kitchen never saw the ticket and was going to just push it through as if it was just going to take a few more minutes. Mind you, this was after roughly 45 min wait. So I asked if they are just now starting it and he tells me that they never gave the kitchen the ticket. Good enough when you're starving and nothing is open. The dinning room was closed so we ate the pizza outside. The cheese bread is just a white pizza basically. Our pizza was supposed to have pepperoni but we were offering a dollar for everyone you could find... Well first off, they are ridiculously overpriced in general. They're a small pizza shop that makes money off of tourists, making sure to overcharge you at every opportunity without your consent. I would not recommend eating here. Very bad experience. I ordered two clazones that were listed at 17.99 each but we were charged 19.99 each. Fountain drinks were 1.99 each with a .50 refill, then they added 10% for having 4 people in my party. I will not come back here. I'd select 0 stars if I could. Absolutely worst restaurant we have ever been to; food and particularly service was horrible. After placing a simple order: 1 personal cheese pizza, 1 personal pepperoni pizza and 1 personal pizza with pepperoni, black olives and green peppers they still managed to get our order wrong and this was after having to repeat our order 3 times for the staff. They forgot the pepperoni on our pepperoni pizza. After we brought this to their attention the cashier said she wasn't sure what to do but went back to speak to the other employees. 10 mins later (I assumed they were making us another pizza)... I approached and asked what the resolution was. She said there wasn't anything they could do and blamed it on us (despite tipping them when we paid) saying that she asked us to review our order on the screen and we said it was fine. We didn't hear her ask that and first screen we saw was the total with option to tip (which we stupidly did); we didn't realize we had to read through such a SIMPLE, basic order for a supposed pizza joint to ensure they got it right on the 4th time. We were the only ones in the restaurant (so they were not frantic serving lots of customers...in hindsight maybe that should have tipped us off). Management may want to reconsider their policy as I hope the additional and overpriced up charge of $1.50 for pepperoni on a personal pizza was worth it for this scathing review. My kids are not picky and eat everything, but this pizza was inedible. Lessons learned for Eno's: Hire competent employees, learn how to put customers first, learn how to fulfill a simple order accurately, and make a better and edible product. The absolute worst pizza I have ever had in my life, including elementary school cafeteria and the cheapest of frozen pizza. Undercooked, soggy white crust. Undercooked, sparse amount of pepperoni hidden under cheese. Hardly any sauce. All on the lousiest crust. $15 for chicken wings that were... you guessed it- undercooked. Soggy, sauceless, gurgly chicken skin on barely nuked chicken wings. The kind you buy frozen and it tells you right on the package NOT to defrost because the sauce runs off. In the least, they should oven bake their low quality chicken wings. We got it to go or else I surely would have caused a stink and demanded a refund. read more

Too expensive. Large pepperoni and two personal cheese and "chef" salads were over $42 plus tip. The salad was a total joke- iceberg, tomato and onion. With turkey lunch meat maybe 2 slices and horrible ranch. It came fast enough, service was acceptable. Would rather have little Caesars or dominos really. Bad part is that it smelled GREAT from outside. Clean enough and not crowded. If you care about pizza, steer clear it was meh at best. read more

We ordered from here in spite of the reviews because we had been driving all day and our hotel said they would deliver. Big mistake. This place is way over priced. Just under $50 for two 13" pizzas. For that price I would expect it to be the best pizza I've ever had. It was just ok. And they only take cash. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

If I could do zero stars I would have. Went inside, placed $40 order and then saw sign that they don't take credit, even worse, there is a $3 charge for debit. WTH? Place was expensive and I even missed the 10% charge. It was kinda annoying that refills cost 50 cents and they do not accept credit cards. Staff was friendly and they managed to get our pizzas done pretty quickly. Pizza was solid but nothing special. Hmm...my previous review was removed? Well then, guess I will do another one of our experience at Eno's Pizza back on June 12, 2018. We were traveling with another family to the Black Hills and on our way back to MN. We were all hungry and stopped at this strip mall where Enos Pizza is. We had our 7 year old son with us. We ordered 3 small pizzas. I will add that Enos, for some reason, upcharges on parties of "4 or more" (seriously?). Also tack on an additional fee for using a credit card (their pizzas are not cheaply priced so it would be easy to rack up $30-40 of food here)...Anyway, we did get a torn stub of a receipt and waited. The other family ordered their food and we all sat down to wait. Our friends got their food about 10-15 minutes later. We assumed ours would be out next. After a few minutes it was becoming apparent our food was not coming out. I asked the young man who was also cooking where our order was. He rudely said "You didn't order any." I told him we most certainly did- 3 small pizzas and told him exactly what was to be on each one. He denied it again. My wife then presented the stub saying 'here is the receipt and we paid cash since you charge extra for a credit card." He looked at the stub and then rudely and unapologetically said, "well, there was no ticket for this." Um, not my problem dude! I asked him how long he could make the 3 pizzas since our friends were nearly done with their meal and there were other orders placed ahead of ours. He wouldn't commit at first and finally said he could do them in 15 minutes. By this time I was furious with this place and their arrogant "dont care" attitude! I know it's on a tourist strip and they figure they'll never see you again, but really? So we asked for a refund. They at first didn't want to do that even but then the girl at the register refunded our money back. I left and my wife was still inside. I saw an older woman from apparently the Souvinier shop next door come in. My wife still didn't come out. So we walked back to the door. The woman from the Souvenier shop pushes my wife out the door. I immediately went in and started yelling at this woman asking wth is going on? She just stared at me. We went down to the Dairy Queen and ordered food without any incident. However we had to eat in the car by this time since Eno's rude service and behavior had put us about 45 minutes behind schedule now!! More review are all over the place like this. Pizza is ok - personal pizza was over $8 and basically a frozen style crust but it was not bad. Drink refills are $.75 but a large is $1.89 whereas down the road drinks are $3. Took credit and no extra charges. Very young staff but friendly. Good place for a quick bite. read more
