Dominatrix favorite wine not to dry or sweet!

The people are very helpful, friendly and just all around great atmosphere!! Jim was so sweet. I was traveling by myself and he kept checking on me. If you want a relaxing positive vibes for lace then don't pass by Naked Winery without trying the wine! There is also sick and twisted brewery beer flights! If you just want to eat you can do that too! Delicious pizza and sandwiches for me and quick service!

    Fun weekend out and about!

We were there for St.Patty's weekend. For sure the most fun winery we stopped at. The staff is so fun and love the wines!

I had a Norma Jean and it changed my life. I even asked my friend "Is this sandwich amazing or is it just because we haven't eaten today?" It was amazing. Beer! The beer was delicious. Hop on Top. The dudes working there were super nice!

Having been to many wineries we enjoyed the kitschy theme and vibe that brings tasting wine down to Earth. They do not make the wine in SD but in Oregon and also have wines from some other places. The wine is OK. Mostly on the sweeter side. Great customer service and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The brewery on the other hand just N of Hill City was awkward. Walking in is like going outside after being in the dark for too long. Disorienting with too much to look at unsure where to go. While we were there it felt like we were interrupting a party or event. There was a decent variety of beer and we enjoyed most of what we tasted but the fruity beers tasted a little like medicine. 5 large pours for $7 was a good value even when one or two are undrinkable. We also had a huge pretzel that was hard as a rock and not a great value at $13. Service was friendly enough.

We are from Chicago, and have a steadfast rule to not order pizza when traveling, but this is the exception, so delicious!

What a gem! We walked in not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. I was unsure of what to order, so I tried the tasting. For $6 you get to try 6 wines. Nagy did an incredible job of picking wines that I would like. I ended up buying 3 bottles, one to have with the pizza and wings my husband and I ordered, and two for later. My husband opted for beer, and very much enjoyed the blonde. The pizza and wings were simply delicious too!

Was on my way to Rushmore and saw that two breweries were close by. I stopped by here and was very impressed with the beer. The name of the brewery was Sick-n-Twisted but apparently falls under Naked Winery. The two tasting rooms are set up like traditional wine tasting, but they absolutely serve some great beer as well. I didn't try the wine, so this review is not reflective of their wine...just the beer. They offer pretzels with beer tastings and do offer flights, which I partook of. They also bottle their beer, but not all of it. When I visited (Dec 2014) they only had two or three of their beers available in bottles. Again, the beer was top notch. Definitely go here if you're in Hill City.

Boo!!! Meat and cheese board was ridiculously over priced! Had a much better experience at the winery down the road!

Thought about a wine flight (6 for $5) as the wine list was extensive. Was told that was only offered at bar so opted for a beer tasting (6 for $10.50). Beers were ok. Nothing amazing but nothing awful. Also grabbed a pretzel app that was two soft pretzels with cheese and mustard. They reminded me of ones you buy at Costco so give them a 2.5/5. Also got pork nachos that were much tastier (4/5). Service for us was good. Seemed kind of inconsistent with others as people had to track down a server that hit overly chatty with another table and forgot about one table but I would think that was an exception. Overall this made for a good pit stop to grab a drink, just skip the pretzels.

Wines were good, some very good. A couple of the beers were not good (can't remember) really only like two of them. Menu and food looked good but agan it was closijng time. Excellent outdoor patio / grass area with games, swings etc. right next to a beautiful creek. This alone is worth stopping by. They also have a large gift shop with plenty of shirts, hats, glasses etc

Deadwood Naughti Wine on the other hand, nice enough staff but they would only allow us to taste already open wines. Would not sell me a glass of a requested wine because they did not have one open. How do you do a tasting if you're only tasting the wines that no one is interested in tasting? If they never open a wine how can they let you try any other wine? It makes no sense and made it an easy decision to not buy any wine from deadwood Naughti. They need to rethink that whole "it's not open" line. Bad experience!!

We walked into the Naked Winery in Deadwood and wanted to taste the wines. We told the individual that we only like dry wines. She kept saying taste the reds, taste the reds. We said OKAY, but we want to taste a dry white as well. Well, we said never mind, we would just like a glass of Complicated (which we tried in Hill City Naughty and loved). Complicated was also on the menu at Naked. The individual stated that we could not have that because there was not a bottle open. We said, can't you open a bottle and she said no, "we cannot afford to keep opening bottles". WHAT, there were two of us that wanted a glass. We now wonder if we just bought a bottle of it and asked her to open it, if she would have done that. Naked winery should take lessons from naughty winery.
