Came for a concert. There were signs for floor, pot & vip. Confusion/ different instructions for the 2 medal detectors. Facility was clean and we found our seats easily Parking was easy. We prepaid $20 for front lot at side of venue. Now, let's discuss getting out of said parking lot. We got in our car at 10:30. We are still in our car & no one is moving! Yes, I am writing review as we sit in the parking lot. We have been to several concerts over the years and have never had this type of issue before. The absolute WORST place to hold high-school graduations! The amount of people I saw not able to see their loved ones walk across the stage because of their absurd strict rules was overwhelmingly heartbreaking. People that had tickets downloaded in their "Wallet" in their phone and might needed assistance to get to the "bar code of the ticket" was a nightmare! You had staff at the door that were "supposed" to assist and didn't know what they were doing! Closing gates and doors to enter was crazy. The amount of empty seats-(for a quarter section of the arena)-was astounding to see. I'm pretty sure that's because a lot of people were "still" at the door trying to come in. I recently went to two events here. There's VIP parking and street parking with cash. The lowest parking lot I saw was starting at $20. I'm not sure if all the lots were cash only. I chose the same lot twice and it was cash only. The seats are kinda steep so be careful with small children. If I came back, I'd only be interested in getting tickets in the lower sections. I think that the Enmarket Arena is okay. I love watching the Ghost Pirates games and I'm a big fan of the team. But I would love to see some improvements at the arena. For one, everything is outrageously priced. They also don't allow outside food or drink which makes it very difficult when you have health problems. You are forced to spend way too much money on their food and drinks which are not healthy and not compliant with every diet. I was recently at an event that had two parts. A VIP party before the actual event and there was an hour of time between each event. The VIP party ended up being a huge waste of time and I wanted to go back out to my car because I had almost 2 hours of time before the event started. If I left, they would not let me back in. So I had to sit around for 2 hours doing nothing. They also need to improve their procedures for rainy days. They expect people to wait out in the rain. It was incredibly gridlocked at the door and people were shoving. I could see it becoming a very dangerous situation when people are wet and frustrated. Also their security team outside forced me to place my phone on their lopsided table that had accumulated a puddle. I pointed out the puddle and they told me to put my stuff down right in the puddle, including my key fob for my car and my phone. With how much it rains in Savannah you would think that they would have thought this through better by now. The people that work there are not friendly and not helpful. It's such a shame because I feel like this could be such a great meeting place for Savannah. read more

I am really happy that the Savannah area finally has an arena. I have been to several events over the years and each time was very organized and smooth. There are several vendors available to purchase merchandise, food and drinks before any show. I have found that the box office is only open 1 day a week and the tickets are overpriced with additional fees when purchased on the internet. The parking can be a bit pricey as well and the process to exit the arena can be very congested, it would be useful to have the staff control traffic during entering and exiting the arena. read more

I have so many great things to say about my first experience at enmarket arena last night. My wife and I went to the Jeff Dunham comedy show. I was absolutely amazed about how friendly every single person on the end mark staff was from the person at the entrance to the people just walking down the halls asking if you needed help to the people that helped you to your section. Every single employee that I encountered was friendly smiling, thanked me for being there, and we're helpful even after the show was over. Usually employees at venues really don't care that you're there. There has been some wonderful training in market arena and the employees and the venue are actually very wonderful. The venue is clean and comfortable. We parked in lot j got in and out flawlessly with the prepaid tickets. I would highly recommend in Enmarket arena in Savannah. read more

Getting in and out of the Enmarket Arena was simple with the minor aggravation of their weak WiFi connection i'm bringing up our Ticketmaster app with our tickets. Uber rides were available everywhere we went so we parked our car in a Savannah City parking garage, then went to dinner, then the show, then back all via Uber. Easy Peezie. We had a terrific time laughing for an hour at the Comedy stylings of Sebastian Maniscalco who is a very funny physical comedian who is very creative on his aggravated slant in his life experiences! His warm up act was his Brother Pete Maniscalco who was also very funny about his life with his very understanding wife! The middle Comedian from Chicago Pat McCann was a hoot! His understanding of how wonderfully "simple" his teenage children are was very funny. Bright, no but "simple" yes! We highly recommend seeing this touring show as it was great fun. Enjoy read more

This new arena is AMAZING! What a fantastic addition to Savannah, providing big upgrade to our sports and performance capabilities! FOOD Before I describe the sports facilities, I must highlight the amazing selection of FOOD and DRINKS!!! Sure, you can get a hamburger or hotdog if that is what you want, but there is so much more. It's like a food truck atmosphere with many different food stations serving things like tacos and gormet grilled cheese (@ Melted). Melted was my favorite. I really enjoyed the grilled cheese with shaved beef (I think it was Korean beef). DRINKS There are many different drink stations with different drink offerings. You can get a standard beer, but if you are into craft beer like me, their are a number of stations. Wicked Weed makes excellent beer and I was released to see them hosting a station. ARENA The arena is well laid out. It was easy to find my seating section. There are a couple higher-end seating sections that have private bars at the top which overlook the arena that you can enjoy while still watching the game! GHOST PIRATES Watch our new Savannah hockey team was a blast! They had many fun activities such as spotlighting people in audience on the big screen, shooting t-shirts into crowd and playing music shorts to support the game. It is a great family event. PARKING They are still constructing the parking in 2023 when I attended a game. They offer a VIP parking garage that is directly connected to arena, which would be nice in the rain. Most people must find parking in nearby grass/gravel clearings, which cost $25 to park. This should get better once parking construction is completed. read more

This place is a hard location to rate. Sometimes your experience will be five stars and other times it will be one. It's a relatively new location so I know they are still working out a few kinks. The hockey games themselves are a huge five star experience. They are loads of fun and exciting. Getting in to the arena can be a challenge. Depending on who Is handling your check-in line. Sometimes they are ultra picking and won't Let you bring in even an ibuprofen or Benadryl and other times they are are much more reasonable. The food was better last season. It seems the quality went down a little. It's probably because prices For everything has gone up so much something has to give. The selection is a big five stars. They have pizza, nachos, hotdogs and such. They added a macaroni and cheese bar this year which is fun and takes okay. I'm not sure about the parking situation because we always ride-share. For hockey games, they offer a shuttle from the civic center where I've heard cost $5. I haven't seen a concert at the arena yet, so I'm not sure how that is. I can't say enough good things about the Enmarket Arena! Yes, they are new. Yes, they are still trying to figure some things out. But overall the arena is great and the staff are exceptional! Enmarket area is just like any other entertainment arena, but shrunk to about half the size. Which means there's not a bad seat in the place! The bathrooms are always clean - even mid hockey game when they've been used a ton! Some of the confessions are local restaurants- another huge bonus! 2nd time here. Went to Savannah High School Graduation 2023 in June. And Tonight for 7pm Elevation Night Gospel Concert. Parking is outlandish and shocking to me. It could be I'm way behind times. But... it's better to be dropped off than to pay for several tickets and parking. For some parking was $30 and others had no clue. I went for a hockey game in January of 2023. It was a new arena. Very clean and with friendly & competent staff. The problems I had were with parking and arena policy. First, there was no parking garage. Your only options were to pay an extra fee through Ticketmaster for a parking pass, or take you chances on the makeshift "lots" that are run by local residents. So if you'd rather not deal with Ticketmaster's extortionary tactics, you'll wind up paying $25 for the privilege of parking on someone's lawn. I understand why venues have strict policies regarding "prohibited" items, but Enmarket Arena takes it to a ridiculous extreme. After walking three blocks to the arena, we were sent back because my friend had a pen knife on his key chain (they consider it a weapon). Other prohibited items include any tobacco products, lighters, flashlights, vape pens....the list was very long. They had a large trash can for those who preferred to throw away their "contraband" rather than walk back to their cars, which means the employees have a nice big stash to pick through when the event is over. Recently attended the graduation ceremony for GSU. We were in from out of town and when we arrived to the venue they said they wouldn't allow us ladies to bring in our purses, stating that they were too large and that they didn't meet the "size" criteria. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the sign (which stated no bag larger than a 14 x 14 by 4 or 6 I believe)nor could I find my measuring tape. (Yes I carry a measuring tape in my purse) my bag measures 12 x 10 x 4. However the tiny basket they showed us was about 8 inches long. And the fact that this was a graduation and not a ball game or whatever is normally played at the arena was dumb to enforce this rule. So disappointed. Hope I never have to return. read more

It's the worse arena I've ever been to has a nice setup and nice building but the security staff is on a huge power trip totally flipped out on me and my wife in front of our kids just because we had vapes and didn't know apparently they are the same as guns to these people very very unprofessional and just have way to much power or so they think. I even went to the head security guy and he said they are all in his charge and then he decided to want to fight me when I told him they are very unprofessional he totally flipped out on me and started to come after me. This whole crew is horrible I just can't believe it. I will never be going back to this place and will be letting everyone I can how they treat there customers. I spend almost 3,000$ on tickets for my family and me and all they said is that if I didn't like it I could leave and for a few minutes during all this they was acting like I was going to be thrown in jail..... mind you this is all over having a perfectly LEGAL vape!!!! My only critique is if the food area is going to be set up like an EnMarket, someone should be constantly restocking lids/straws. I was interested in an upcoming event, but I'm so glad I did my research before buying tickets. They claim on their website to be ADA friendly, handicapped accessible, etc. But the only lot that I could find with handicapped parking was charging $50+ with fees. And good luck walking to the building and standing in line if you need a mobility aid, because apparently you can't bring a cane, crutches, a walker, etc as they're seen as weapons. Medications, even band-aids, are apparently being thrown out by security. Things that could be be life threatening for some people to not have on hand. A blatant attack on the handicapped community. Since I live in town I did a drive-by of the venue. It's very nice looking from the outside, but they absolutely should not have opened it when they did. They should have completed (paved) all the parking lots and, from the sound of it, not crammed so many seats inside. That part of town is sketchy at best. It's great that the city is trying to expand and improve, but again, it just doesn't feel ready for business yet. There aren't gas stations or even fast food around the venue. It's a wasteland. If you take a wrong turn, keep your windows up and doors locked. I suggest doing your research if you have health issues. You may have a great time with no issues. But these things need to be said. It's also suspicious that the venue hasn't "claimed" their own Yelp page after being open for nearly 3 years. Never an apology or reply to a review. I for one will be steering clear until they sort out these and other issues. read more

The arena offers a variety of food options, seating is a bit tight and they are still working on the parking! Traffic entering and exiting the arena area can be hectic. If I could give a negative number, EnMarket would easily deserve a -3.5. Horrible and dangerous venue. Security guards are unprofessional, rude and antagonistic to customers and particularly rude and condescending. Don't bring your purse!!! EnMarket runs a scam security ruse. They rejects nearly all purses from entering, forcing a $15 valet charge. Purses have to be less than 4.5"x6" Or you must pay. We showed up 45 minutes early and ended up finding our seats 25 minutes later with other guest in our seats. Due to this EnMarket and the city of Savanah exploitation directive, guest Guests were forced to ingest unnecessary anger, disappointment and inconvenience. You have to pay their scam fee or throw your purse away..... 9,500 seats. Assuming 50% min are female= 4.750. They scammed $71,250. Thousands of patrons forced to stand in the cold and only 3 employees doing bag checks. Crowd was outraged, security was like pouring gas on a fire! A week earlier, left six separate request to talk with marketing or Admin. Never responded??? This corporate culture appears to be in serious need of overhaul...So sad ... So disappointed. read more

They are completely mercenary in their prices and look for any opportunity to gouge you for more money. Been there 3 times in last 2 months vowed to myself never to go there again.
