She correctly diagnosed my issue (unlike previous doctors) and doesn't rush me in the office, like other doctors. She is very knowledgeable. She takes my concerns seriously, whether it is that I am not liking a medication or I am just resistant to her suggestions and helps me to find a workable solution. I also think she is very kind, professional, and has the best interest of her patients at heart. I feel very lucky to have found a good doctor, finally. I've been with her for 3 years now, I think.

She seemed very disorganized and more concerned about her spelling, then actually listening to my concerns. I felt like I had to justify my health history, as she questioned with disbelief with my answers. She minimized my pain and chose to lecture me on all of my ailments and health history. She's probably 450 pounds could barely breathe or stand yet she was so condescending and belittling towards me, I left the office feeling worse than I did arriving. I cannot believe she is in practice. I will not be back.

For that reason, be sure to arrive as early as possible to ensure that you're seen in a timely manner. Yes, it does get packed, and you have to wait your turn. Be patient, please. Provided that you arrived within that 3-hour time frame, they will see you. Doesn't matter how late they have to stay, they will see everyone who arrived within that time frame. They typically have 1 doctor and a 1 nurse on site. They can treat many general ailments you might be having. That being said, if you have a really severe ailment, they'll recommend you go somewhere else. They also offer mental health services. Free food and clothing are also offered to those in need, which I just find to be spectacular. The main reason I come here is because they offer free healthcare services. They turn no one away, and Dr. Logan is a phenomenal doctor, and extremely knowledgeable. He listens to your problems and takes time out of his busy schedule to help those uninsured individuals get the medical help they need.

This company is for profit company that indulges its board of directors and CEO more than it provides quality care. At the Chico clinic this shows. I feel for the technicians and nurses who are grossly understaffed and heavily overworked. The result trickles down to lesser quality of treatment for patients. This leads to lesser quality of life. Labs get missed , medications get missed, and access management is fair at best. I had a family member in this clinic and I worked in this clinic. If looking for a family member or yourself for dialysis treatment, do not go here. The administration is inept and inexperienced. Try either RAI or even the Davita clinics on Forest Ave or East Ave. , all of which have more competent people running the clinic.
