Because the wait was so long and there were no patients I just decided to leave before I even saw the doctor. The two nurses were just loitering in the hallway, I have no clue why it took them so long to take me to a room. The office may be a little old but that's more than made up for how fast and efficient using the patient portal is. I've actually gotten responses to questions on a Sunday. Office staff is great. I sometimes wait longer than I want to for my appointments but that's offset by being able to walk in. Next door is Mangrove dermatology, which I visited after a missed diagnosis from another well-known "fancy" dermatologist. They were also great.

Been waiting in an empty er for 3 hours with my girlfriend having severe abdominal pain…read more It has now been 4 1/2 hours the room has somewhat filled and emptied around us twice It has now been 6 hours and every time I talk to a nurse they act like it's our fault that we are here oh and it has filled and emptied again for a third time It has now been about 7 hours finally got a room and there is a needle in the back of the bed after she got verbally attacked by the doctor and the nurse shoved a Covid test so far up her nose it still hurts 5 min later 3 nurses just came in the room and they all saw the needle but decided to leave it I watched them stare at it

For that reason, be sure to arrive as early as possible to ensure that you're seen in a timely manner. Yes, it does get packed, and you have to wait your turn. Be patient, please. Provided that you arrived within that 3-hour time frame, they will see you. Doesn't matter how late they have to stay, they will see everyone who arrived within that time frame. They typically have 1 doctor and a 1 nurse on site. They can treat many general ailments you might be having. That being said, if you have a really severe ailment, they'll recommend you go somewhere else. They also offer mental health services. Free food and clothing are also offered to those in need, which I just find to be spectacular. The main reason I come here is because they offer free healthcare services. They turn no one away, and Dr. Logan is a phenomenal doctor, and extremely knowledgeable. He listens to your problems and takes time out of his busy schedule to help those uninsured individuals get the medical help they need.

The office staff is so incredibly unprofessional and distasteful to work with I found myself frustrated and offended every time I had to make multiple follow up calls to receive medication's or further care. Specifically, Annette his medical assistant is abrasive and unprofessional. Her demeanor comes off as though you are lucky she is taking your call. Which led to many protracted and inefficient exchanges in an effort to complete the care that was promised. This situation even caused us to be without medically necessary prescriptions. If you have a tele-med appointment, expect him to be at least an hour late every time. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for quality care.
