Excellent flavor for both salsas and definitely some heat, but it didn't mask any of the unique flavors. Sometimes red salsas are too harsh in my opinion. this red salsa was perfect. I am very excited to try something different next time. I understand the Chile Verde is wonderful and also the Carnitas, so I really looking forward to getting back up there soon to give those a try.
