The person who gave me a pedicure cut my big toe nail down causing pain and an infection. The nail tech said I had an ingrown nail however I did NOT have an ingrown nail. I will never go to this nail spa again. read more

What a crappy place with horrible service. Where do you go to get argued with my the folks scrubbing your feet?! BIG ISSUE was that they spent like 30 seconds scrubbing the bottom of my feet. When I asked for another scrubbing because my feet get really crappy, I was refused. Girl doing my feet - zero English. Girl next to her - communicates that no, I need to come every two weeks for it to get better. I talk to store owner. Owner: Your feet are bad. You need to come more!! Every two weeks at least. My answer was that I do go every two weeks and normally walk away with a much better pedicure. But I don't live in Livonia. I was not asking for the razor, I just wanted another 30 seconds of a scrub!! Owner: Oh, you don't live here? You DO go every two weeks? Well, THE OTHER PLACE does a bad job! You need to come here! I asked again for the scrub, was refused and again told to come more often. CRAZY. read more

I hope today's experience was not a fluke. I've had a really, REALLY awful time trying to find a home for my poor toes to be painted at... and they are longing for some TLC! Enjoy Nails is tucked away in a small little strip mall that goes unnoticed along 5 mile road on the border of Plymouth and Northville. The only reason why I knew it was there is because (shameful admission of my tanning salon membership will commence now) my tanning salon is in the same plaza. They don't have a great selection of regular colors, but I bring my own anyways. I got a fill, and the gal paid great attention to my nails and cuticles, which are often over looked when you have acrylics like I do. I also had to have one nail repaired. My total was $18, and they offer a discount if you pay in cash (which I'm not sure if you are legally allowed to do?) so I will remember to bring cash for my entire service next time. I overheard another patron saying that the chairs for the pedicures are brand new. I'll be back in two weeks to find out how they treat my toes! read more

I loved this place! I got my nails done for the first time this weekend and it was amazing! The people who did my nails were really nice, and the woman who seemed to be in charge, Kim, was really nice and funny! :) Very wonderful place, I will be going again. Came here once a few years ago. As I was getting a pedicure, the owner was yelling obscenities because he was arguing with a tenant on the same strip. Also, while there , the owner was questioning what other salon I go to and immediately began bashing them.. Vowed to never come back, but 2 yrs later , out of convenience, I found myself there again. This time, I walked in, signed in and picked out my polish color. I was not acknowledged until I got up to leave 25 minutes later!! They don't deserve my business! Poor customer service. Ended up down the street In Livonia at Great Lakes nails, where they greeted me and took me right back. Much better looking salon I might add as well. read more

The first few times I came here, I enjoyed the pedicure. Mia does a fine job. This last time I made an appointment with Mia, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me I had asked for another girl. This was not true, but I was short on time so I stayed. When it was time to apply the polish, she looked at what I had selected and told me she would pick a prettier color. Apparently, the customer has very little power to choose, without causing a hassle. I will not return. read more

Great experiences there. I'm a nail biter, and decided to try acrylic nails with gel fill on the recommendation of a friend. Enjoy Nails is right down the street so I decided to try it. I was a walk-in and they took me right away. Yen did a beautiful job. I am so pleased! I went back religiously every 3 weeks for filling in. Now, after about a year, I have not gotten the acrylics replaced , but have gone for regular manicures. This routine has been very beneficial in helping me kick the bad nail biting habit. It's only $12.00 for a manicure (cash). If you're a nail biter, I recommend you try this routine. The salon is clean, well staffed, has great hours and friendly, male and female techs. They have several TV monitors tuned to news programs. I would have given this 5 stars if they had the TVs tuned to FOX, but since they had it tuned to a liberal news channel, they only get 3 stars. read more

Us 4 girls went on a whim to check this place out after great reviews. I had the guy and he was funny and good at his work. He adjusted my chair for me and had a lot of knowledge and experience. He had me and my friends laughing. The calf and foot massage portion of the pedicure was amazing and wish it hadn't gone by so quickly. Cost us $24 and a tip. I'd definitely go back. read more

Beware this nail place. I got gel less than a week ago and they are already chipping. On top of that the woman that painted them did not make them smooth. They are bumpy and her excuse was I had lotion on. If that is your excuse, which by the way is ridiculous because I have been getting gel nails for 7+ years, then don't paint them! Came in and got a gel manicure here on Sunday because I knew I would have no time to maintain my nails over the next two weeks. By Monday evening (yes the next day) one nail had started to chip and by Tuesday two more nails were starting to chip. I stopped in briefly on my way home from work to complain. I had no time to actually sit for a fix especially when I expect it is their subpar product (I normally go somewhere else and gel manis last my at least 10 days before my first chip) and will likely chip again within days. I requested a refund (even a partial one) and they refused and said they don't do that here. They were quite rude about it and not at all apologetic. Stay away unless you don't care about throwing out $30. read more

I take an elderly woman there, and they rush her through (painting over old nail polish? !) and even had the nerve to tell her that they don't like me! All I do is drop her off and pick her up. This place is really close to my house but, after my 2nd pedicure here, I'm going to have to pass my next visit. The nail tech barely used the loofah on my feet and didn't bother to rub my feet at all. The whole time I was here they ladies were laughing and carrying on. Very clean and pretty inside although i was yelled at multiple times by the man doing my nails because my nails were too thin and he said he didnt even want to continue my manicure. They are very rude and have a very small selection on shellac colors. he pulled my hand a lot because he couldnt reach and i was sitting close to the table. i was also yelled at because i didnt out my hand under the uv light fast enough. he told me that if i mess them up to not call and comeback because he wont fix them. I asked him how much the manicure was and he said 30 and when i went to pay he said the second i take out my money he stops doing my nails (i was almost done so i didnt see a problem with getting my money out). I also have never paid over 25 for a shellac manicure and they did less than what i have recieved at many other salons. over all i walked out very angry and felt extremely disrespected. i will not be going back. read more

I had been going to this salon for over a year with great results most times. Unfortunately, they are not taking as good of care of their loyal customers in order to make room for new clientele. My last experience was simply awful. The new nail tech was extremely nasty, did a lousy job on my fill, and then overcharged me! I decided to give the salon one more chance and made an appointment to have a new set of acrylics put on. When I arrived, I was told they were too busy and could only do a fill! WTF...I had made an appointment? I ended up leaving and have found another fantastic salon that knows how to treat their customers well. P.S. Never use this place for a pedicure. They only last about 10 minutes. You can get more for your $$ elsewhere. read more

1 star is too much credit for this place. They do not listen to what the customer asks for and then have the nerve to state they don't have time to allow for the customer to correct their faults as they have other customers to worry about. I will NEVER return back to this place and will advise everyone I know of my awful experience. read more
