Our nurse was nice but a we both agree she was a warm body. She thought after being with us for a little while that he was having a different surgery? Red Flags! She cleaned the wrong area for the surgery. He wasn't shaved until the eleventh hour. As we sat and joked around waiting... we overheard a lot of nurses conversation. I heard multiple swears. My husband made a comment about professionalism. He doesn't much comment about those things. His 'hospital' bracelet had a little piece attached to it that would sent me updates, which helped alerting me when he was out of surgery and could receive visitors. I loved this aspect. Recovery was great. Nurses were informative and helpful. Overall not a terrible experience by any means.

So I've only been for my initial appointment and the young lady that helped me was very kind and very sweet. She seemed knowledgeable about my surgery and what would be required to prepare for it and to recover from it.
