My therapists are very knowledgeable and attentive. With both aqua therapy and working in the gym I became stronger and now feeling better than what I did before my injury. I have recommended Elite Physical therapy to many people and also made them aware they have aqua therapy!!!! I have graduated from the program and I am now planning to attend the after care program. The express is really handy if you need a quick examination or x-ray after an injury and is so much better than going to an emergency room or even a walk-in with sick people coughing all over you.

Our nurse was nice but a we both agree she was a warm body. She thought after being with us for a little while that he was having a different surgery? Red Flags! She cleaned the wrong area for the surgery. He wasn't shaved until the eleventh hour. As we sat and joked around waiting... we overheard a lot of nurses conversation. I heard multiple swears. My husband made a comment about professionalism. He doesn't much comment about those things. His 'hospital' bracelet had a little piece attached to it that would sent me updates, which helped alerting me when he was out of surgery and could receive visitors. I loved this aspect. Recovery was great. Nurses were informative and helpful. Overall not a terrible experience by any means.

I was told I would be charged for session because I didn't cancel 24 hrs before! Had NEVER been late or cancelled an appointment. TERRIBLE , would not recommend this place and will never return !!!

She answered all my questions throughout treatment and gave me sheets with the exercises,( number of reps and sets to do for each one) that I use when exercising. During my last appointment we reviewed my exercise routine, answered more questions (I have a lot of those), and discussed expected progress. The therapist let me know if I have questions about my progress, I can always call. I appreciate that level of health care. I have been to another local PT group for knee treatment and I much prefer Sport & Spine on Cowesett Ave. The front desk staff are friendly and the therapists personable and knowledgeable. If I ever need another PT, I'll be back to Sport & Spine.

I would prefer to try aquatic therapy because I'm in so much pain from walking and they offer that service. So I've only been for my initial appointment and the young lady that helped me was very kind and very sweet. She seemed knowledgeable about my surgery and what would be required to prepare for it and to recover from it. So I am looking forward to the aqua therapy and the post surgery therapy and hope that I can move on with my life and get back to being able to walk again with their help
