The last question was "do you have time for me twice a week?" He assured me he was familiar with my conditions and how to treat them and that twice a week was not a problem. I hired him and began treatment the following week. After being a twice a week patient for well over a year, I showed up on a Tuesday for my regular appointment. As I began riding the bike, Gerrino approached me, stopped the bike, stood me up and said " I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU TODAY" and he led me to the front door. I'm not a confrontational person so I let it go. When I arrived home, I called the front desk to verify I had an appointment. It was confirmed. I was told Gerrino would call me. He never did. I sent him a very complimentary and respectful email asking for an explanation. What I received was an impersonal, partially cut and paste email which showed not only did Gerrino not value me as a patient, he had no clue as to my medical needs. I was told I was being "prioritized" to once a week. No discussion. I summarily fired him with my return email. I have been witness to several people coming in to that office exasperated because they can't get a return phone call. My experience has been the same. You will never get a live person on the phone. Christine at the desk is great. The phone system - not so much. Overall, this practice is far too busy and their customer appreciation could use some work. There are some good folks here. Kyla is excellent. PT assistant Brendan Ladino has always been top notch. They have interns who are always helpful. From & Function is too busy. Too busy to treat clients with dignity and respect.

None of the previous places were able to reduce the pain or improve my flexibility. I lived with constant pain which caused me to use medication to limit the discomfort. So when a friend referred me with her experience at Form & Function I decided to try and see if they could help. My first impression when I walked in was that the facility layout and equipment was different from the multiple places I have tried in the past. I met the Owner Gerrino and he then conducted my personal evaluation in detail.I showed images of the surgeries and detailed my struggle and pain levels. His evaluation included checking my back area where the pain was and then using massage technique to help reduce the pain.. It was obvious he cared, It was his manner and honesty that convinced me to try again. That was a year ago with a few breaks during which I went in for maintenance plus getting a new evaluation. The treatment plan included a group of stretches that I could also do at home which helped keep the pain level low and have improved my quality of life. I have increased my steps count year over year as well. In additionI significantly reduced my medications with all the side effects.. Form & Function, the staff, Gerrino, Brendan, Christine, Michelle plus all the interns have one goal and that is the obvious. They are kind, caring professionals and make the experience as good as it gets. I strongly recommend 100%: Form & Function.

I switched to Bob after going to another PT that did absolutely nothing to help me. Bob actually uses a lot of hands on techniques/ treatments like massaging and muscle stretching without the use of weird contraptions.

My therapists this time around were Tammy and Nicole. Both are skilled, knowledgeable, professional, personable and fun to work with. I was becoming sedentary because my low back pain made me reluctant to exercise, resulting in progressive loss of strength in my core and legs. They developed an exercise regimen to gradually and safely get me back on the road to achieving the level of standing & walking required for day to day as well as recreational activities. They helped me meet all of my short term goals and they equipped me with an exercise program that I can continue independently at home as I work toward my long term goals! Mackenzie and Emily at the front desk and phone are also very personable and knowledgeable, making scheduling and so forth very and pleasant. The atmosphere here is fun & inviting. I bounced between Evan and Nicole who were both knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Both remember conversations from precious sessions and always liked to chat. I never felt rushed and could always ask questions. I don't live full time in state but plan on going back around the holidays for some dry needling.

i was seen 4 years ago by donna noonan then last year by woman named mackenzie and i tried to make…read moreen appointment. today. let me start by saying i am an honest person, i would take a lie detector test that 4 years ago i left their bathroom neat! i was told 4 years ago the bathroom was not neat the person who told me that was mike noonan the owner who told me today that he never mentioned it to me.that is a lie. next i was se en by donna for one visit who referred me to mackenzie who was always looking at her watch during every 30 more like 20 minute session. i could tell she did not like me she was very cold to me at all times, i always was a perfect gentleman, i was please with my treatment. i even said to this cold woman i was going to get u a small gift as an expression of thanks i was very upset when she said, that would be highly inappropriate. i meant nothing by it, i have no interest in her. and she i now know felt the small gift was a come on, not only did she insult me by lying to ter boss but she told him she felt uncomfortable with me she is a sick woman, so today mike noonha calls me tells me i intentionally tried to hurt his bathroom andt that mackenzie does not want to treat me, i closeé with mr. mike noonan is a bully and he lied about the bathroom, because he did mention it 4 years ago and he is sick if he thinlks i would try to hurt his bathroom in my entire life i was never so insulted, being gentleman i will not outline what he said to me i do not recommend places where the lead pt is in love with herself and distorts the truth and is backed by ter boss who in his one demented way is an absolute bully!

Thinks she is an orthopedic doctor. Was told by my orthopedist to stay away from there. He she made my injury worse with the brace she billed my insurance for and told me to use. Make sure if you want to get better that you go to a reputable facility.

Received rehab at this facility. They neglect to apply heat before performing treatment unless you…read morerequest it. They are understaffed and divide attention between multiple customers at one visit. You have to wait for your turn, therefore you are requested to have a seat by their circular desk within the rehab room and wait until Kristen the owner and PT is able to attend to you. I prefer other physical therapy clinics who have more on staff and are able to thoroughly attend to your needs.
