Initially, I called and left a voice message and Leo did call back and we spoke and he gave me what I thought was a fair quote and let me know that it would be $2 a letter and a $20 minimum which I thought was fine. He also let me know the hours of operation. I did show up the next day at about 10:45am where he failed to mention to me that the one metal he doesn't do is Tungsten - which seems like an important thing to mention. This should have been asked on the phone. This just irked me because I didn't have a lot of time to begin with to step out of work to run this errand then have to find some place else. They also don't have website that references this, and I can only wonder now if he turned me away because he didn't feel like doing my $20 work. If that's the case then that's fine because I am also then entitled not to refer this place to others as well. I didn't find the other place that I went to instead to have a problem with engraving on Tungsten.

Steve was able to take my design and perform the etching and cut it out in the shape I needed. It turned out amazing and my daughter is going to love it.
