When a series of delays and cancellations changed arrival time several times from 1:00pm to almost 1:00am, we had constant contact. I was traveling with a group of students and the messages complete with GiFs put us at ease in a strange place. I don't make it to Orlando often but know who I'll call. Mohammed dropped us off at the hotel about 1:30am with a smile and a few days later greeted us at 6:00am for our return trip. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I). Overall, Gina and Daniel made a great impression on all of us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and expeditiousness during this stressful time. Should we need car service again in the future, Destination MCO will be my first call.

This made our group of 5 run late for the reason of this trip (Halloween Horror Nights). My friend works for Expedia Taap, her mother owns a travel agency and I work for a luxury travel agency myself... being considerate, we decided we should call the hotel to let them know we were checking in late. To our surprise, our reservation had been cancelled because "they tried to charge the CC on file and had gotten an error". There was no record of this "transaction with the CC company, there was no call from hotel to advise us of this "issue", they said they emailed us (no email found). Had we not called, we would have shown up later that night to find out there was no reservation. The bigger issue was their attitude, lack of respect, lack of regard, lack of customer service... unacceptable. They lady we spoke to over the phone, told us with a big attitude she "would be there in the morning" to talk to us regarding issue.... She was nowhere to be seen, nor did she advise anybody there that we had this issue. Given my friend, her mother and my own experience in the hospitality and travel industry, the way this was handled was very unprofessional. The only positive was the help of Ana, the last person we dealt this during this uncomfortable situation.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truthfully it was excellent and most importantly very affordable. Yep, I said it affordable. I also want to say that affordable does not mean cheap, it means high value for your dollar. The property is wonderful and you have all the amenities of any of the other Disney resorts as well including a golf course. The pool area is also excellent as well. This is high season and we paid about $300 for a two night stay plus taxes; also, they allowed us to bring our dog. Now we paid a pet cleaning fee of $150 which was less than boarding our dog and we had him with us which was great. By the way, the $150 I pet cleaning fee covers you for a week stay and kicks in again after the first seven days if you are staying for longer. I also really liked that the Rosen family is a local family that has been in the area for over 50+ years. Mr Rosen is known as a philanthropic leader in the Orlando area; also, really takes care of his employees providing them with great healthcare coverage and making sure they all know they are valued. They expect all their staff to treat all their customers well and if it does not happen for some reason, they will make it right. Mentioning this as I always like to support local businesses wherever I go and although this is technically a resort empire, it is still a small business when compared to the other hotel titans (Hilton, Marriott, etc.) that have similar resorts in the area. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Feel free to heck them out and I am sure you will I'll have a good time as well. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, not some past-its-prime car that someone is trying to eek a few more trips out of. As soon as I departed the plane I turned on my phone and the voice message indicator beeped. It was our driver, (Pabvlo? He was Greek so I am sure that is not how you spell his name. My apologies.), and he told me that he was aware of the early flight as he was tracking us and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim entrance. He was very pleasant and a good driver. He had my two year old's car seat ready and six year old's booster seat in the very clean black Lincoln Navigator (SUV). He took us to the grocery store for a quick pick-up before we went to our hotel. As we entered our hotel driveway he arranged a price quote, for a round trip, from one of the hotel's SUV drivers for an outing that we had planned the next evening. He confirmed that the price sounded fair. We appreciated that extra help. Our second driver, (Ash) arrived a little earlier than scheduled as per my request without any question. He too showed up in a very clean black Cadillac Escalade (SUV) with car seats at the ready. He got us to the airport safely and on time. Pricing for both of these trips was terrific. Approximately $78 including tip pre-paid. We tipped a little extra on top of the pre-paid amount to each driver for their exceptional service. But you won't have to and they don't expect it or pressure you to do so. We definitely recommend this company and it's drivers if you are in the Orlando area.

We went to Busch…read moreGardens to use them and it took about 40 mibutes for Busch Gardens to find this third part vendor and our tickets. The easy bar codes on our tickets that my parks sent us did not work in Busch gardens systems. We worked with two park managers one to get us into the park and another for our dining wristbands. It was a good thing ut was a week day and park not crowded. This process was no fun at all.
