Yuri and his team are reliable, responsive, honest, and thoughtful. My wife and I have been working with Enertek since we first moved to Encino in 2005 (when soon after we needed to replace the very old HVAC that came with our home). They honor their warranties, when something is easily fixed with little cost, they say so, and when when they do installations (they set up a mini-split for a garage conversion we recently completed) or repairs, the work is done right the first time. I have construction experience, and tend to be pretty hard on contractors. That said, I really couldn't have a higher opinion of the folks at Enertek. read more

Don't trust this man! I.lmost got ripped ofbky him. I called for a maintenance checkup for my A/C. Yuri and his son came to my home and Yuri's son went into my attic. He was only there for about 5 minutes and then Yuri told me I had two dampers that needed replaced. He left without any maintanence in the attic or for the unit on the roof. He texted me a quote that same day for $675 petr damper. I'm not sure what the labor cost would have been because I called well-known company then who came and serviced everything and said that he dampers only needed oiling, which they did. read more

My first interaction with Enertek [Yuri] was excellent. When my 20 year old AC went out, he quickly came out and determined the problem was the capacitor. He replaced it at a very reasonable price but warned me that the unit was on its final leg. When it came time to replace, he installed 2 Lennox heat pumps for thousands less than other bids. His crew is very professional and took the time to do the job right. read more

Been a customer for many years. URI and his associates really know what they are doing. Professional and reasonably priced. Always happy to assist in a timely basis, even on Sundays! read more

Last night my air conditioning was blowing lukewarm air. I woke up this morning and realized that it was going to be over 100 degrees today in Chatsworth in the San Fernando Valley. I called Enertek Air Conditioning & Heating at 8:AM, an hour before they open on Saturday's and Yury was at my house by 9:45:AM this morning and found the problem and had my air conditioning fixed in less than 40 minutes. I am so impressed with this company I am getting an estimate from them to replace my 18 year old furnace and central air unit. I would recommend this company to the stars and back! They are honest and efficient! Just read the reviews, there is good review after good review and I see why! read more

After 22 years, one of our air conditioning units died, during a very hot week... Yury from Enertek was out quickly, but unfortunately gave us the bad news.. with Covid and product being limited, he was able to get us a new unit and furnace in less than a week.. the guys came on time to install, were polite and respectful.. they worked fast on we had cold air upstairs in a few short hours.. I highly recommend Enertek, we've been using their service for over 20 years.. very reliable and trustworthy! read more

I was referred to Enertek from our friend Adrienne since she had positive experiences with them. I recently saw some condensation coming from our hallway vent after using the central AC and got concerned. Enertek sent out Yuri who happen to the tech Adrienne referred us to. He was very honest in explaining what the problem could be and the few options we would have. Since my central AC unit was manufactured in 2005 there were some limitations on what could be repaired. He did manage to clean the drain and remove the buildup but warned if it leaked again I would have to purchase a new unit altogether. Luckily his cleaning worked sufficiently since we no longer see any condensation occurring while using the unit. While this is likely good for a few more years before I have to replace the whole unit I appreciated his honesty and candor about my options. read more

Yury and his team are great! After being quoted ~$500 for a capacitor change by another company, Enertek was able to come in and do it for MUCH cheaper. Very honest, no hassle, good service, and fair price. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

Replaced furnace in July 2021. service and work provided with excellent. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Fantastic service - they put in a new AC in just a couple of days and the system works great. The installers Tim, Ralph and Joaquin were kind and professional and did everything efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and were very conscientious. I decided to get a Lennox instead of a Goodman and pay the higher price to ensure this system lasts 15 years or more. Worth every penny. read more

I thought I posted a review in 1999, but it was on AnG's list. These guys have been my one and only HVAC company for everything: new installations, replacements, repairs, upgrades and maintenance. Yes, for twenty years on multiple properties. How did I miss posting? Prior to using Enertek, I dreaded calling for service on any heating or air conditioning equipment. It seemed I always got some fast-talking, double-dealing, over-charging, know-nothing, scam artist. Enter Andre of Enertek in 1999. He gave me a written bid for the new a/c, showed me where I could save a little on some new ducts, showed up on time, cleaned up when done and stuck to his contract. Absolutely no games! He runs his business like a real business. All of his employees show up clean and ready to work. His brother, Yury is now running the business. He's my invisible a/c guy. He shows up on my roof and does what's needed, even if I'm not home. He's as knowledgeable as his brother and things get done efficiently with no surprises; you know the cost up-front. I was motivated to write an updated review yesterday because my home warranty company forced me to use their HVAC guy if I wanted them to pay. Their guy was such a nightmare. Stole an expensive part off my unit, tried to give me a $15 mechanical thermostat to replace my $250 ecobee4, by-passed my thermostat wires without informing me (his hot-wiring bypassed fire safeguards), and he demanded that I sign his fraudulent statement concerning the "repair". He's typical of what happened before Enertek. Once I convinced AHS to authorize an outside contractor, Enertek showed up as promised, did everything in a workmanlike manner and the positive experience reminded me why I never want to use any other company and why I always recommend Enertek to friends. Not the cheapest- just the best! Thank you Chuckman family and employees for everything you have done for me. I appreciate you! read more

Enertek just installed a brand new heating and air system in my home. Our old air conditioner was terrible, plus we wanted to separate the upstairs and downstairs of our house. Enertek install a new system with dual zones. They kept us informed throughout the process and finished when they said they would. The crews that worked in our house were always very respectful and professional. As for the system operation, everything is great. House cools and heats very fast. By having dual zones we only have to heat or cool the floor we are on so the system doesn't have to work as hard. I'm also surprised at how quiet the system is. I'm fully happy with the job Enertek did. We will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends. read more

Boy, I am a sucker.. but why go elsewhere, when they fix it right the first time! So my Lennox packaged GCS system failed again in July/August 2016. I came home one night to find the system requesting for AC and hardly any air blowing through the vent registers. The house was 98F at midnight... I shut the system off, turned out some fans and let the outside cooler air come in. I called that night and left a message. They called me back the following morning at 7. By 8:30 I had Yuri back on the job. He's the guy who always visits the house. They found the problem, the blower motor seized up. They pulled the motor / blower housing and took it to the shop. They came back a few hours later to finish the job. They had to go get the motor unhooked from the blower assembly and cleaned out the blower which at this point had a layer of dust on it (replace your filter on time folks). They also checked my freon levels and evacuated and recharged the unit, it was missing a bit - either I had a leak or it was low from the factory (which is more likely). Needless to say its blowing nice and cold right after. The system was having a hard time keeping the house cool when it reached 100F+, most HVAC units will drop it down to -20F max (from outside temperature) but prior to the blower motor failing, it was barely able to keep it at 88F during the day and would run the entire day, but after the fixes, it would get down to 78F no problems even if the outside temp is close to 100. read more

We've been using Enertek for the last 10 years and every time we call them for service, it's always just straightforward and hassle free. They only do what is needed and does not overcharge or make up any reason to create more work than needed. Very honest and reliable. I would never use anybody else for my rental properties. read more

I'm so happy with the service at Enertek. My air conditioning broke in 100 degree weather. I was able to get a Tech to come out before I had to go to work and he had it fixed in less than an hour. This is the 3rd time I have used them and they have always been on-time, polite and able to fix my problem at a good price. read more

Had to replace our air conditioner, heating and all the ducting in the attic. The same crew came everyday. They came in and did a great job including completely cleaning up after themselves daily. They are a local company serving this area since 1986. I would highly recommend them! Sincerely, DebbieF read more

The BEST air conditioning company! Honest, trustworthy, reliable and reasonable. They are very hard working and always try to accommodate their customers even on a super busy hot day in the valley with a packed schedule, they managed to fit me in. I bought a new unit from them many years ago and every time I call they always treat me as a valued customer and really go beyond what is expected to take care of me. I recommend them! read more

Enertek is awesome. We've used them for several issues and they are always super responsive, honest, on time and clean!

I had an excellent experience with Enertek. The technician diagnosed the problem with my AC right away, gave me an accurate, reasonable estimate, and fixed it on the spot. No double charging for the service call and the repair. He checked the system, changed a filter, and it works perfectly. Highly recommended! read more

Immediate service, professional and polite. Thanks for fixing my AC! I would definitely recommend them.

If you're looking for honesty and fast turnaround this is the company for you. The AC at our rental was acting up and I knew what the issue was but didn't have time to order the parts or deal with it. They replaced the start components for under $400. Works great now. They were in and out in less than 20 min. No BS and no up sales. read more

On time, super efficient, honest. A/D wanted $150 + $180 + a service charge to swap out two capacitors. Enertek did it for $149 total -- a fair price. Capacitors are VERY inexpensive. I have no problem paying a premium if you go through the trouble of buying parts for me. Plus, it's part of the business. Don't pay hundreds for an $8 part! Go to Enertek and they will give you a fair price. read more

Very prompt and courteous services. Yury the technician that came out was very professional and on time. I will definitely call them again when the need arises. read more

Our AC stopped working on a recent very hot summer night. We called Enertek for an appointment first thing the next morning. Jacob was at our door within 2 1/2 hours. It took him 15 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem, a bad run capacitor. We are repeat customers and they try really hard to make us happy. They have succeeded. read more

We woke up this morning to a very cold house. Our heater went out at some point during the night. The Heating and Air company I'd been using for the past 30 years made me angry last year when the technician came out and wouldn't listen to what I was telling me, then proceeded to charge me for an extra hour while he did whatever he was doing that was totally unnecessary. Then I had to argue with the owner to reverse the extra hour charge. So my sister recommended Enertek. I called them at 2pm. The very nice woman who answered the phone asked me a few questions then asked if Yuri could come out today. Yuri was scheduled to come out anytime between 2:10 (when I hung up the phone) and 4:00. Now I'm sure this is not normal but Yuri was at my door at 2:30. Yuri introduced himself, asked me what the problem was, fixed the heater problem, an ignitor part, and was gone by 2;.45. I have NEVER had such great service. Yuri was very nice knowledgeable, efficient and the price was very reasonable. Needless to say we now have a new Heating and Air conditioning company. Thank you Enertek and thanks Sis. read more

Enertek helped us out while we were out of town and we had our friend's son housesitting. Upstairs air went out, they fit us in the next day, and were willing to accept payment over the phone. The repair was done in 30 minutes, fair price and honest. It was during the terribel heat wave we had in the middle of June. Will be switching to them for maintenance read more

Once again, so impressed with the service from Enertek. Great group and would highly recommend them. Been servicing our air conditioning needs for years. Thanks Enertek. read more

I must say that I have used Enertek as our air conditioning service for the past 7 years, and they have been a very reliable, honest and fair company to be business with. The technician is always on time, friendly, and very informative. They have never tried to sell us on anything other than their regular service. I have used many other air conditioning services in the past that have tried to sell us on different parts that they say are defective and have been getting second opinions which differ from what these companies were saying until we started to use Enertek. You will not be disappointed. read more

It was last year when our Lennox AC unit developped a leak and stopped working. I called a bunch of repair companies at that time and asked them if they would be willing to order the replacement part from Lennox which was still under warranty. No one wanted to go through this hassle for us except Enertek. They took care of everything for us, and they saved us a lot of money. They are really nice and professional. Today I called them again because our AC stopped working because of a blown fuse. I called around again to get estimates for the repair but nobody could beat their price. I called them this morning, and they came, fixed the problem in no time. Now we know for the future that whenever we have a problem with our AC unit, we will be calling Enertek and no one else. read more

to everybody who's thinking of using enertek. service was not good. we were having problems with our freon leaking and told them when we called that we had this problem, tech came out and told us that we had our freon leaking ( something we already knew) and charge us for it. when we called back and told them that we wanted them to fix it / run a leak check, they said that they were going to come back and check it out, they did not come out and check and after many calls they wanted to charge us $8500 to replace the whole unit, they did not even run a leak check. i would not recommend them. read more
