I had chosen an independent inspector for a pre-drywall inspection and he forgot to call me to meet him at the home to review his findings. I didn't even know this was possible. I felt the need to find a new inspector for the pre-closing inspection. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by Nest Egg's customer service and willingness to assist. Teandra, Mark, Jamie, and Pete have all been so great to work with. I had an inspection on a Friday afternoon and was told the report would be received by Sunday evening. Like clockwork, it appeared in my email box at the promised time. Upon receiving the report, my realtor and I remembered we needed a radon test. I called Monday morning around 8:16 am. By 8:45 am, I received a call back to discuss a radon appointment and a validation of repairs visit. By the end of the call, I didn't have any scheduled appointments due to my need to obtain more information from the builder. Luckily, I had an appointment with the builder at 9 am. By 10am, Pete showed up with the radon test! I'm seriously in awe of this fantastic team. At a time when I have dealt with really poor customer service and communication, Nest Egg has restored my faith in humanity. I cannot thank them enough. I will be scheduling my warranty visit and singing their praises for years to come.
