These are my previous and present conversations with Mister Dr. D. Patel:…read more Dhanish P. Hello Sir, the form we have clearly stated new hope chiropractic (Dr. Yassini). Upon further looking, Dr. Yassini is at New Age . I was going off what was in the form. So I'm sorry if I did not double check that. However, Dr. Yassini is also a good doc. At the end of the day, I want to let you know that I decided to to not treat you as I wanted to see an MRI which you refused me to send you out because you wanted it done at Washington hospital. This was my professional decision so please respect that. . I also stated that once you get the MRI that I would be happy to review it with you and give you my opinion. Yes we were busy and I apologize that you had to wait and my staff should have never booked that appointment for you given our busy schedule that day. If there is anything further I can do to remedy the situation, please let me know as we do not like having patient unhappy with our services. We take pride in making sure everyone is satisfied even if we did not get a chance to treat them. Thank you, Dr Patel. I didn't say Dr. Yassiniis not a good doctor I just wanted a second opinion from you, Dr. Yassini was even able to request an X-ray in Washington so I'm just gonna ask her to give me a request for MRI and to make it clear, Dr. Yasssini w is the only chiropractor that I've seen since I have this problem and I wasn't jumping from one chiro.to another as what you stated on my interaction with you sir. Dhanish P. Sorry if you feel that I insinuated you were jumping from one chiro to another, I never meant for it that way. You came in and I gave you my professional opinion that you needed an MRI before I would consider doing any treatments for you. Unfortunately with your history of the lupus and also the prostate cancer it is important for us to screen the patient one extra step and not cause further damage. That was my second opinion for you. In the past I have sent referrals to Washington hospital for Imaging and it was denied unless the primary care provider at Washington wrote the prescription. I'm truly sorry that you are this unhappy with our interaction as my intention was to make it clear that no one should be performing further treatment on you until you have an MRI taken and reviewed to see if its safe to provide the treatments. Again I'm here to help you if you need my help but I would need to see your MRI results before I can possibly treat you. Otherwise, we wish you the best and hope you can find some relief.along the way. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you, Dr. Patel It's good that you explain it further on this response but not in person. Let's put it this way, first impression really counts. I came to see Amy for the severe neck pain I suffered from working long hours in front of the computer. I was happy that she had open time at 5:00pm. She found the pain on the right side of my neck where my muscles were tight. She said my C1 atlas at my right side was not lining up with my left side. She adjusted it where I heard two cracks on my neck. Afterward, I felt relieved. My neck moves easily now instead of tightly. She advised to use heat to loosen up the muscles. This is more for the process and office experience than the quality of the care…read more First thing is that they ask you to enter your credit card details in a form which is neither secure nor necessary when you will be paying in person during the appointment. When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. In hindsight it was good that I didn't enter my credit card details because I didn't end up using the service. Oh ... And the plaza with their office is dingy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I cannot express how much Dr. Hwang and his office impacted my life!…read more I recently got into a car accident and had no idea what to do as it was my first time. I felt so overwhelmed trying to process everything while in extreme pain, but luckily Dr. Hwang was able to assist me, even welcoming me into his office though his business hours were closed. He advised me with steps to take and ensured that he would be able to help me throughout this moving forward - and did. As someone who's very skeptical when it comes to health care, Hwang's Family Chiropractic truly exceeded my expectations and met values that are nowadays hard to find. Every single interaction is filled with genuine honesty and undivided attention, showing how much they truly care for their patients. From the consultation, through the healing process, and the endless support, I've never once doubted the devotion that Dr. Hwang has for his patients and brings to his practice every day. A special thank you to the doctor's assistant, Ms. Abby, as she made the entire experience much more comforting and stress-free. I am beyond grateful for such an attentive team. Even after my treatment has ended, his teachings and care are something I keep so dear to me and fortunate to share with my loved ones. Hwang Family Chiropractic is the best chiropractic facility that I've ever been to, and Dr. Hwang is the best chiropractic doctor that has ever treated me - bar none! Dr. Hwang has heavily invested in his practice in terms of the latest equipment and tools to help his patients recover. I was beyond impressed to see that he has many rooms in the facility and each room has specialized equipment to diagnose and treat his patients for a myriad of ailments. He has top of the line equipment such as a spinal decompressor machine, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy machines, and much more. I was also impressed by the Dr. Hwang because he really cares about his patients. He read through all of my MRI reports and took the time to explain all of the issues that I had and how his treatments were going to cure the issues that I was having before administering any treatment. This instilled confidence in me as a patient that he knew exactly what was going on and how his treatments were going to specifically help cure my ailments. Moreover, it was an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Hwang. He is extremely friendly and down to earth. He is very welcoming, humble, and a smart guy. He told me a story of how he graduated from UC Berkeley and was an engineer by trade, but he decided to get into the chiropractic field originally because his mom had health issues, so he studied the chiropractic field and helped cure his mom himself. He truly has a passion for wanting to help his patients get healed, and since I've started receiving treatments from Dr. Hwang, the difference has been night and day. Unfortunately, I got into a serious car accident 5 months ago, and as a result, it caused a lot of strain and discomfort in my left middle trapezius area, and in some instances, it was so uncomfortable that I had trouble sleeping. However, since getting treatments from Dr. Hwang, I feel so much better now and can honestly say that the issues that I was having are by and large gone. I wish I was able to get the full course of treatments from Dr. Hwang, but as I was on lien treatments, I wasn't able to continue, but when I get the opportunity in the future, I'll definitely come back to get further treatments from Dr. Hwang.
